素晴らしいサービス、ありがとう

In for a family wedding. Our first and best impression was the valet attendant Jaden. Not only did he greet us with the warmest smile, but also he was soooo polite. Hotel was good and it was a nice location for us in proximity of the festivities.

Wow oh wow where do I begin with my valet jaden what a wonderful gentleman. He communicated well and I knew exactly what was happening. I could talk about him for days but I want to leave the review short. My overall experience especially with jaden was amazing at Double tree in Lansing

The service at PMC valet was great. This was by far the best experience I have ever encountered in my valet experience. One work in particular was great. Jaden was very helpful with all my needs. I positive my car was in good hands. Thank you Jaden!

Attend a conference at the Lansing Center every year around this time and this is always the host hotel. It is MUCH improved over a year ago. First, I am super happy that it is part of Hilton now. Second, they have already done extensive renovations and the work continues. The hallways have been redone and so have many rooms. Everything was clean and new. I don't know what they did, but it is SO much quieter now. Last year I could hear everything going on in the hallways with my door closed. Not anymore. They added safes to the rooms, which the Radisson didn't have for some reason. My bed was comfy and my room was very clean. The lobby and that entire area has been redone. They now have a small store with a Starbucks inside and the restaurant, while closed currently, also looks like it's been redone. I'm hoping they redo the fitness room because it was bad last year, and I didn't have a chance to use it this time around. The elevators can also use some love so I hope those are also on the list for an eventual refresh They had no hot water for the first night I was there, thru no fault of the hotel. They did offer to help me get another room at a different hotel, but I decided to wait it out at least one night and if the hot water was still not working the next day, I'd consider a move. They reduced my nightly rate due to that as well. Overall, I'm pleased with the changes they've made so far. I'm hoping there are more when I go back for the conference next year too.

It’s rare to find such unparalleled customer service as that received by the guests to Double Tree Lansing. In particular, Liam, made every customer feel like family. This is a task that is rarely found in historical let alone modern times.

Hotel had some great accommodations I previously have had some bad valet experiences, Needless to say this one was fantastic I had this wonderful young kid I believe his name was Jaden he new exactly how to present him self in the most professional way

The valet service was amazing and I was taken care of by I believe his name was Jaden. He was so polite and respectful throughout the whole process! This was my first time doing valet and after this experience i’m 100% doing it again.Thank you PMC!

This latest incarnation of downtown Lansing's central hotel has a lot going for it, but definitely could use some improvements. Albeit, there are signs posted in the elevators that there are updates coming throughout 2024, so that's positive. The lobby definitely is in good shape, and looks like it has been updated recently. The front desk staff were excellent and helpful here throughout my brief one-night stay. The carpet in the hallways also looks relatively new, and in good shape. The elevators have seen better days. The brass door trim gives away the age of the elevators...and they sound and feel just as old. But, they did get to the needed floors without interruption. The room was sizeable and clean; I had no issues with that, and the bathroom was in very good shape (although I hate the current trend of wall-mounted toiletries). My biggest gripe - the beds. They looked very comfortable, and I looked forward to climbing in one for a good night sleep....which was not to be had. The bed mattress appeared to be not level, was stiff, and not the least bit comfortable, leading to a miserable night sleep. The location of this hotel is fantastic for access to the Lansing Center, the stadium, downtown, Washington Street, and the state government complex...hopefully the upcoming improvements address the bed quality...with that, this could be a great option to stay at.
