Older building with one small elevator. The overall condition is ok. No real complaints, but nothing great about it.

The property is convenient to interstate. Clean, nice room. I would definitely stay here again. They also had an area for me to print something I needed to have a copy of. We were very pleased. We were looking for a nice room in a safe area to stay as we traveled through.

Room was clean and comfortable. Had to slam door several times to get it to lock. Other doors also needed slamming. A $50.00 deposit was required and would be returned to ones credit card in several days. Didnt care for that.

What a great staff! The entire facility was very clean and the housekeeping department was attentive to details. The entire staff was friendly, from The General Manager to maintenance. The breakfast was superb and offered something for every taste. This is our location of choice for the future! We look forward to recommending associates to this conducive environment for business. BEYOND5STARS!

Everyone from the GM to housekeeping were very cordial and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We stayed a few days and the employees called us by name and made us feel so welcomed and attended to our every request with a smile. We are business people and we will bring company guest to this location in the future!. Thank you Holiday Inn Express for hiring The Best and making our stay so pleasant!

The welcome was dismal...no smile, cold response and ingnored question 'how are you tonight'. The free breakfast was disgusting. I went down to the lobby at 6:30 and the eggs looked runny, the bacon looked burnt and what little oatmeal that was left in the stainless steel bin looked dried out. I skipped breakfast both days and feel like I was robbed of the reason I chose the hotel. When I looked at the food later in the morning it confirmed my suspicions that the food that I saw at 6:30 was actually leftovers reheated from the day before. Very disappointing and I feel like my money was wasted.

The rooms were not cleaned properly especially the bathroom. They neglected the shower area and toilet. The complimentary breakfast was almost nonexistent . No milk for coffee or cold cereal. In my 11 day I only had some semblance of a breakfast on two days. Most days the eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, fruit, and yogurt were missing. This was by 8 am. They have one person to refill the items and she did a poor job at that. The food personnel was very rude and nasty when you asked her for something. This is an ongoing issue with them. Read the lowest reviews and you will see. I feel the higher reviews of this place are fake because we couldn’t be staying at the same place

Staff was friendly and the room was almost perfect except the thermostat top was broken and kept falling down and the door that opens the fridge was extremely squeaky and noisy. Cleanliness was great as well. Breakfast was good but needs fresh fruit options and the biscuits were rock hard and no one planned on changing them out before 10am on Sunday morning.

The room was big and clean. The check in was really easy and the employees are very attentive and polite. It was a great experience, I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.
