Customer service was very good. Can't remember all the names, but I do remember that Pat was very helpful. So was the rest of the staff.

Resort prices for BW quality. I had a reservation for 3 nights, but changed to 2 days in advance. The price did not change. Honestly think 2 nights ended up costing more than 3.

Pool needed cleaned VERY BADLY. walls all need FRESH PAINT. Generally warn out furniture, doors, mirrors ,etc.. I would not complain but I paid resort-priced fees for a sub par Hotel. Bedding seemed clean. Staff was fine.

Such wonderful staff all the way around! We just came for the night but it was clean, comfortable and got us off to a great start with a hot breakfast! We will definitely be back when we come to see the Pokes play!

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a mishap on the way to the hotel, and when we explained what happened, the concierge put us right across from the laundry so we could get our things taken care of without running up and down the halls! The pool area was perfectly clean and the hot tub was bliss after a stressful day. Breakfast in the morning was biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage links, in the steamer, plus all the usual suspects *winks* It was the best way imaginable to end our stay. The only hiccup was a blown lightbulb in the overhead light by the door, but all the lamps were working so it was no inconvenience at all.

We travel with our 2 border collies and we’re pleased to find a soft surface for them to lay on as well as easy access to to parking. Friendly helpful staff. Good hot breakfast!

In an area with only 3 star property this one competes with staff and a clean property.

The staff was outstanding. From checking in during the day and the person working from 5-10pm was absolutely amazing friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our room was clean but, the walls were so incredibly thin, that we could hear everything happening in the rooms on either side of us, including conversation.
