Residence Inn Laredo Del Mar

Me parece un excelente hotel, está recientemente remodelado, muy limpio.

I was really worried what I would find because reviews of other hotels in Laredo are pretty bad and they make you feel like you’re picking your torture chamber for the evening. This property is right off the highway and is walking distance to a Krispy Kreme Donuts. It is also a 5 minute drive from other stores and restaurants. The hotel is very clean, well kept, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate and I found this property met and in some cases exceeded the standards of what you’d expect when selecting a hotel in this category.

Cheryl and Nick running the dining area are the best. They go the extra mile for their service and always have a welcoming attitude. The whole staff is so friendly and does an amazing job. They always do the little things that make my stay feel like home.

This location has great hospitality! Cheryl was extremely helpful during our stay and went above and beyond! The rooms are clean and the location is easy for navigation. They clean the rooms daily and are very accommodating.

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Cheryl was a delight and very welcoming. Rooms had all the channels I could watch everything I wanted and more. Even football during the week. Would stay again

Great stay for business. Would recommend! Cheryl was very accommodating in the mornings for breakfast. There was a different meal every morning for their continental breakfast. Another note is how swiftly maintenance responded to issues.

I stayed with Residence Inn for several months with my company. The staff and management were more than accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure our company felt at home and treated all guests with dignity and respect. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Residence Inn. From the cleaning and maintenance staff, to the front desk clerks, all the way to management, this hotel understands hospitality and embodies the people first mentality. Cheryl took great care of us for breakfast and for the Thursday evening meals. She always keeps everything stocked and clean. She is so friendly and pleasant to talk to. I couldn't imagine a better person for the job!
