TownePlace Suites Laredo

Great hotel and Location. This hotel has plenty of restaurants within walking distance to choose from. The Hotel staff was very courteous and professional and recognized my Convoy status. The Housekeep[ing staff did a wonderful job keeping the rooms and common areas clean. Lete the lady that sets up the breakfast did a wonderful job making sure the food was presentation was perfect and plentiful. She went out of her way to greet every guest in the morning and make sure they enjoyed their breakfast, a true dedicated employee. As a Titanium Bonvoy member I will absolutely recommend this hotel when staying in the Laredo area.

Horrible the place smells so bad of cat pee literally cats running in front of When trying to check in watched the front desk feeding them at the front door is was disgusting I could not get over the smell

This hotel was not worth the price they charge. The bathroom was dirty. I asked for a king and got a queen. The breakfast was awful, including the coffee. The breakfast area also has a nasty smell to it.

The room was very small, it’s supposed to be a suite but is way smaller than suites at other hotels, tv in awkward position

Everything was as good as expected...although price is too high

1st off cats live in the hotel cat bowls with cat food in front lobby door and in the back door by pool i almost fell stepped on the cat food bowl i was wearing my $1500 versace shoes someone that works there a lady came outside mad fixing the bowls looking at me crazy i told her i almost fell and broke my back and she said it was the hotel's cat paid $500 for two nights same price as Westin in San Antonio loud music from bars nextdoor and cars racing real loud could not fall asleep until 4am due to loud racing and music i dont recommend ********** they make hotels look better than they are .and this hotel is managed by stray Cats .its like the cats had more saying than a over paying customer still was charged extra $65 at hotel when i had paid upfront i think im deleteing my ********** account had it for 6yrs past 3yrs worse and worse
