Great central location just 5 minutes from the beach. Close involvement of owners to ensure everything is ok during our stay. Friendly helpful staff who couldn't do too much. Fantastic breakfast on roof top terrace. Rooms are fine and clean.

This amazing hotel is a reason for itself to visit lovely Larnaka.We were fortunate enough to get a room for 2 nights while booking on the day of arrival, and after 2 days in Limassol,we returned to this establishment for 2 more nights..The cleanest hotel appartment we ever been to. Very comfortable app. with a hugh double bed and comfortable matress, a living room, balcony,kitchenette and shiny bathroom that looks and feels brand new.You couldn't ask for a more central location, on one of the main streets in Larnaca, with lots of bars, pubs, resraurants ,as well as souvenir and fashion shops downstair ,merely one minute walk.Nikos and is lovel wife, as well as the rest of the stuff ,are welcoming, friendly, and make enormous effort to please their guests and answer any wish .The breakfast really stood out with remarkable tasty, original items that you won't find elsewhere in Cyprus.We were in Gustav climt app.(amazing) and in Henry roussou app.(which was almost identical,with smaller balcony), and there is a lovely collection of bottles of wines in the lobby ,right at the entrance, so the name "art and wine" of the establishment is appropriate.The beach is 5 minutes walk,to the vast Finikoudes .Overall, it's not the cheapest place in the city ,but worth every penny ,and we found it value for money. s

The property is very conveniently located, close to shops, restaurant and a 2-minute walk to the beach as well as the bus station, both the local buses and the intercity buses. Our apartment (Gaugain) was quite small but had everything we needed (kitchenette, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, complimentary bottles of water etc.); the only downside is it was a little noisy, because of the air cons behind the block and a terrace that played loud music until late in the night. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the roof-top terrace where we had breakfast which was really nice, with lots of fresh fruit and a great selection of pastry and vegetarian dishes. The staff was very kind and helpful, offering useful information and advice. Would definitely stay again and also recommend.

Superb . Very central to shops and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Super clean. Wonderful staff . Apartments have everything you need Exceptional continental breakfast , such a great selection.all on upper terrace . Hot tub available. Lovely to see Artwork throughout the stay .
