Sheets had blood they didn’t changed them not even clean the room or restroom, blood on the shower as well, toothpaste on the sick this was my most terrible experiences on a hotel.

The bed was comfortable but there were stains on the quilt. The room was spacious. Parking was limited. Breakfast was basically bread and juice; not good at all.

Pool out of service with no advice in advance, TV didnt work and "breakfast included" was just cold snacks with coffee, poor service with no follow up from property management over comments.

The room was extremely dirty. A dirty spoon, food and stains on the carpet, dirty comforter and the room smelled bad. We asked to be transferred to a different room, which they did without asking many questions but the sheets in the new room smelled as if they hadn’t been washed in a long time. Would never stay here again.

The first room smelled bad it was a handicapped room, tv was not working right, then they moved us to another room witch was better than the first but the tv had only one channel worrking then they had to come to get the channel on overall, was disappointed, will not stay there again

Was amazing stay young loads at front desk was very friendly and smiling and understanding when it came to my anxiety pet. thank you again

A lot of noise all night, old furniture and carpets and the breakfast can be better with more fruit at least and maybe one more waffle machine… The coffee area is good and the assistance too. The bed is cozy, that’s good. The shower head had tartar in the little holes but the rest of the bathroom was clean

We all left absolutely ill fighting fevers from all of the smoke inundated furnishings, linens and ashes in what was a newly cleaned room and supposed handicap access with a tub that required climbing steps to to shower and or bathe. We are six days after with fevers, sinus infections and onsets of bronchitis it was so bad.

Nice employees, very clean, the only negative I would say is the towels definitely need to be upgraded
