ホテル ラ ペルラ(Hotel la Perla Leon)

10/10 experience at La Perla. The manager went out of his way to make us comfortable after we switched to La Perla last minute when our other hotel had rats in the ceiling. The room was large, clean, cool, with a lovely view. The entire hotel was spotless and between the front desk manager and Ariel in the restaurant we felt so welcome. They even sang happy birthday and let me order a free breakfast. We were sad to leave and would absolutely recommend to anyone! The pictures do not do it justice. It’s beautiful.

Have always had an excellent experience at Hotel La Perla after multiple stays there. From the excellent service provided by staff to the delicious breakfast included with your stay. I will continue staying here every time I’m in Leon.

Excellent stay. Nice rooms for me, husband and babies. Staff on point. Private parking in Leon which is perfect for security. The only thing to improve was my coffee for breakfast. Too bitter like the last part of the coffee machine.

We absolutely loved it here, the location is excellent and the quality is extraordinary. The staff are what really made this place shine though, we will be back!

Lovely hotel and setting in an antique building. Our room was fine, could have benefited from a fridge but other wise just fine. There is a small pool which was nice to cool down in. Breakfast was fine, there is a free offering and some paid options but we were never given a menu to choose. We didn’t try the restaurant but there is a nice bar with a tasteful pool table. Just a short walk from the main cathedral square but quiet.

The experience was overall great. I had an incredible customer service, the receptionist, Ruddy was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel restaurant had no straws for the drinks. They said they are environmentally conscious, so then use paper straws or the straws you can wash and reuse. Anyways, overall it was amazing.
