I ve faced with a Terrible staff at the reception. We are a family with 2 kids . We get 2 rooms. We have arrived to the hotel after dinner. One of the keys did not work . I took it and take it to the lady at the reception and asked politely to assign the key again. She checked and with a sullen face said that”this is the other rooms key” . Altough we have already checked the other room as well, I said ok, go back and try once more, it still did not work. Than turn back to the reception again. There were two customers waiting Infront of the reception. I apologized them and said to the lady that this key does not work. She said that ,with a face and a voice , as if she is an angry and ugly faced teacher that will give a stick! , ”You have to wait before these customers”. She tried to command. Despite I apologize to the people waiting Infront of the desk and my kids was sleeping on our shoulder, we had this disservice. One worker may not reflect an establishment`s manner , however this terrible and unacceptable service is the hotel's fault. A customer is the most important value of an establishment , and everybody work for have to know that. As a result ”She hit the wrong stone !
