非常滿意。

We were excited when we saw the room first impressions great we checked in and left when my son went to use restroom there was water all over the floor from leaking toilet the toilet did not look clogged but there was water everywhere he went fly soon as he stepped on floor you couldn’t see at first it was just awful having to leave and no apologies nothing no refund experienced the front desk lady Ricky be extremely rude to guest at check in.

It was nice to have an extra room beside the bedroom, but it was so filthy we had to cover the chair and couch to sit on it. The carpet was filthy and ripped too. The white bedspread was gray in places, and instead of a blanket, they used an extra mattress cover! Staff was really rude when we were checking in. I never complained, but they were just aggressive and rude. Not enough seating for breakfast.

My wife's jewelry was stolen and the night manager didn't seem concerned nor did he do anything about it.

The hotel shuttle was on time and very helpful. The front desk staff was very helpful in checking me in. Was impressed with the kitchen in my room. The hotel's simple address made it so easy for Uber and food services to arrive at the lobby. I was able to call for a car service and arrive in time for the show. My next trip to Las Vegas I will book here again.

Pet friendly hotel near the airport, but it wasn’t loud at all! The breakfast was good, and it is pet friendly. With that said, I think they need to remove carpet from their rooms as it makes it easier to keep clean with dogs. The room was big and the bed was comfy. We will be back as we travel through Vegas to go to California. Moses and Mike at the front desk were wonderful!

1. Check in made us feel unwelcome. As if you bothering front desk staff . We were a little in a hurry , but both ladies pretended that they don’t see us standing in front of the counter , and were preoccupied with something else . These is around 7pm with no one else but us in the lobby. Then you get to deal with their attitude. As if they doing you a favor by checking you in . 2. Way to the elevator through housekeeping area , if you wanted to see how laundry is being done in a hotel , it’s on the way to single guest elevator. Rooms are in ok condition, but stained soft furniture and ironing board is definitely a turn off. 3. These are suites with Full kitchen, but convenience store in the lobby has extremely limited and super unhealthy selection . If you have dietary restrictions you will not be able to find anything there. 4. Free breakfast is … we’ll it’s free ! Powdered scrambled eggs , oat milk, sausage links, selection of muffins , apples, bananas and fresh made waffles with artificial syrup . It maybe would pull to a 3 star rating if it wasn’t for extremely unpleasant personal and the expectation we have to Hilton chain , as a elite Hilton Honors member .

Staff made check in amazing and accommodating! The room was large and clean! We were in a great location just close enough to all the fun Vegas has to offer! We give this a 10/10

Perfect place for an AM flight. Returned our car and walked back to hotel. Shuttle perfectly on time, very clean, surprisingly quiet so close to airport.
