Nothing but good things to say about this holiday we absolutely loved it. From receiving roses on arrival to the amazing animation team we couldn’t have had a more amazing week. The whole complex is so clean and all of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. There is a good variation of food so that you don’t get too bored and a range of activities and shows on a day to day basis. My girls absolutely loved the animation team Tony, Anya and Stacie were great. The views on the resort are just beautiful and the grounds are so well kept, if I was to be really picky I would say the rooms are a bit outdated however they are very clean and you spend very little time in there so it wasn’t a huge issue for us, we paid extra for a room with better sea views and it was so worth it to sit outside in a morning and just enjoy. We attended the beach party which you do have to pay extra for tickets however it is worth it the kids enjoyed the fireworks and disco and it was something different for them. We were planning for a trip back but prices have come out over £1000 more which was a bit too much for us so although we can’t return based on that, we would still fully recommend!

Amazing hotel stunning location and all the staff there are super friendly and helpful! Plenty of amenities and great value for money. All inclusive included all alcoholic drinks with a huge selection and food available throughout the day. The staff couldn't do enough to help you. Stayed in the main hotel pretty much above the main lobby which was convenient. Sometimes a little noisy in the evening but it didn't bother us at all. Room was great with balcony and everything you need really. Excursion available too and a little supermarket onsite as well as another one about a 10 min walk away. Also visited the sister hotel creta marina which was also stunning.

Me and my mum stayed in this hotel in late April The best things about this hotel are: the staff who are the friendliest we have met, the food which is delicious (and varied each night) and the superb stunning grounds of the hotel. The grounds of the hotel are big enough to not feel crowded by the other guests. There are stunning walks and views and also a beach which we loved sunbathing at. The room was a bit dated and we had a few minor issues with the room but the staff at the hotel sorted these issues out straight away so these issues did not bother us. You can book the little train additional trips from reception. The reception staff also helped us book a trip to Chania which we throughly enjoyed. The facilities at the hotel are also great it has an on site shop where you can also book tickets for the bus to Rethymnon. There is a cash machine on site and a bus stop just outside the hotel. Also all the drinks in the fridge you get to drink without being charged. I have a food allergy which the catering staff took seriously straight away which was such a huge relief. Basically the worst part of this hotel was we had to leave and we would love to have another week as we had such a good time. We would just like to thank the staff for such a brilliant amazing holiday. We will hopefully be back in the future

Very welcoming staff, very hospitable, beautiful spacious hotel facility and great food with large selection. I had a good and relaxing time. I also had some wellness trea**ents at the spa, which were good, also when they are quite expensive. Overall highly recommended!

This hotel is absolutely lovely, there are beautiful views around it and it’s quite large so a good place to get your steps in, there are 7 pools so there is a lot of space and they are spread out so it isn’t too much for a walk from each area where you’re staying. We went early May so the weather was iffy, had quite a bad thunderstorms and was very windy but that wasn’t a hotel issue. We were put in a little bungalow which was a short walk from the hotel area, as sweet as it was I wouldn’t stay again this being a reason. The door has quite big gaps under and above it, and there are birds nesting close by so they wake us up very early and you can hear everything outside, which was a nigh**are with the rain as it hits the tiles incredibly hard so if you’re a light sleeper it isn’t ideal. The doors don’t really have properly locks, it “locks” when you shut it but to be honest that doesn’t really make you feel overly safe and the back door you just pull the handle down to lock, so think their bungalows need updating a lot with new doors and locks to make you feel safe. There is a lovely view from them though depending what one you stay in. I’m a big runner, but it’s quite hilly and when it’s windy and hot it’s a task let’s be honest - however when it says it has a gym it doesn’t, it’s in another hotel next door which isn’t ideal. It shows an outdoor entertainment area and archery, but I couldn’t see archery anywhere and seems they don’t bother with outside entertainment this “early” in the year which is very strange since we are still paying £1500 for an all inc holiday. A big shame you have to pay for the indoor pool and golf etc, if you have these amenities at the hotel they should be included- especially the indoor pool when the weather is a bit naff, but the pool is tiny so only really worth it for kids to be honest. The spa has to be paid for with is pretty normal, but activities should be free. If you’re like me and a busy body, this really isn’t the hotel for you. As lovely as the area is, the bus to the nice town is 45 minutes away and although it’s cheap to get the bus it was insanely busy and when it’s 25c you don’t want to be packed in and standing about for that long. It’s also a 15 minute walk along a main road to the bus stop that drops you back at the hotel. Not much going on apart from an hour in the evening, if it’s windy you can’t do the outdoor activities and there is only one pool table which is always being used. If you like a “away from everything” and relaxing chilled holiday doing nothing, this is for you (suggest June ＞ as May is not great weather all the time) If you like exploring and doing bits and bobs like that, this isn’t the place for you. The food really isn’t very Greek to be honest, it’s typical AINC food and doesn’t really show their culture which is quite disappointing as my boyfriend is very adventurous with food and looking forward to it, especially after his friend being Greek and raving about t

hello, I spend the most beautiful ☀️⛱️ holidays in the unique and amazing Iberostar Panorama Mare hotel. The best hotel I've been to with my family. For me to feel special at the reception desk Mrs. Valia, who is very helpful, polite and incrhedibly warm and she really wants you to feel amazing in the hotel. I am very grateful to her and my whole family. The full satisfaction of the hotel's guests is also ensured by the Director, who is very nice, polite and available. The hotel is well located, very well maintained with a beautiful view. very good and varied meals and a very rich all inclusive option. The exceptionally developed area around the hotel and 6 swimming pools for guests means that everyone will find something for themselves. I am sure we will come back here. I sincerely recommend. A top class hotel. Simply TOP🔝🔝🔝

WOW JUST WOW, this hotel is so clean, the staff are all extremely hard working and the entertainment team are something else, so much talent and work so hard but every staff member has time for the guests, nothing is too much trouble. The sea pools are beautiful ( just remember your sea shoes) the pools are everything you wish for be lively with the entertainment team or choose the relax pool for something more quite. There is so much choice for meals, the BBQ is great watching the beautiful sunset whilst you eat. We waited 4 years for our honeymoon thanks to Covid but it was well worth the wait, we had cake and champagne left in our room on arrival and on our anniversary. Worth every penny. Doris was a joy every night serving drinks always a smile and beautiful made drink. The grounds are stunning and rooms are very comfortable just remember your safe is an extra charge Lottie watersports activities are also well worth paying a visit, the boat trip to the caves is good value for money Would go back today if we could
