ダブルツリー バイ ヒルトン ローレンスバーグ(DoubleTree by Hilton Lawrenceburg)

The room was OK. Did not have a microwave or a refrigerator. That was disappointing. There was a pill underneath of the bed along with dust and dirt. Didn’t look like it had been vacuumed under. There was stains on the bedskirt and on the wall next to the bathroom Toilet.

Very nice property. My wife and I were there for a concert at the event center. It was great. We walked to a restaurant for dinner then hung out at the bar on the property until the concert started. Then it was just a short ride down an escalator and we were at the concert. It was great. Free parking garage right across the street from the hotel.

It was a very nice stay! Was new to the area and even with the events that were happening it was still very manageable. We got the suite and absolutely loved it! Very homey feeling.

Surprised there was no mini fridge or bags in the trash cans. But stay was great. Hotel was very clean, bed was comfortable, No-Ce restaurant has amazing food.

The hotels key system was down and we were unable to access our room unless a staff member walked us up and let us in. They were understaffed, resulting in long wait times and inability to bake the cookies that are generally offered at a Doubletree.

I booked this room because it said rollaway beds were available. We have 3 children so I had planned on putting one of them on the rollaway. When we checked in, we were told rollaways were not allowed in the double queen rooms. I told the front desk person what it said on the website and her only response was "That's because you booked through *******." She seemed irritated that I had booked through a 3rd party. She said they were sold out (as were all the other hotels) so we were forced to make a bed of pillows on the floor for one of us to sleep on. The computer system was also down so we could not get a key to our room. Someone had to let us in our room each time. We booked a "city view" room but our view was of the rooftop and HVAC unit. In addition, our room was not very clean. Everything was covered in dust. We also didn't get any sleep because there were people running up and down the halls and yelling the first night and the people next to us were blaring music the second night. I will say, when I called down to the front desk to complain about the music, they sent someone up right away to deal with that. We will not be staying here again. I expected more from a Hilton property.

This is our second year in a row staying at this property during our winter weekend ski trips. Love the clean property and rooms. Great atmosphere. We were a 3 family party so we enjoyed the great hang out spots and couches to all relax today at the beginning and end of the day.

This was a really nice Double tree with amazing views of the Ohio River and a short walk to great restaurants, bars, and the Hollywood ******. The only reason I didn’t rate it higher, was Double Tree had a state wide computer outage. They couldn’t check n on time and print room keys for several days. Any time you wanted in your room you need someone from the front desk to key you into your room. While inconvenient they were super friendly.

Had to write my credit card number on a piece of paper which makes me feel very insecure about my information and there’s no room keys. Someone has to walk us to our room.
