The hotel is spectacular. The beach is stunning. The ambient super relaxing. Front desk was amazing. Chef and kitchen manager were excellent. The hotel sits a safe and quiet space were guest can relax and enjoy.

The quality was not what I expected, food was expensive and not the best quality. Not hoy water in all my stay, they say they had a problem with all the rooms and never fixed. Definitely not worth the money, lost of other great options...

If I could give it 10 stars, I would. It’s rare to find a place that blends comfort, luxury, and heartfelt service so flawlessly. We came home with full hearts and unforgettable memories. We’ll definitely be back.]

This is a beautiful hotel! The island is mainly boutique hotels and this was one of the best. The exterior was beautiful and clean. The pool was gorgeous and the restaurant staff waited on us in the pool. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Negative #1: the mattress was not comfortable at all. We even ordered extra comforters to pad the bed and that didn’t help much. I slept on the chaise the last night which was actually very comfortable. Negative #2: if you are on the bottom floor you can hear literally everything. Every step, every word, every pin drop. Because the floors are made of wood with seemingly not insulation all the extra noises echo. Although the interior of our room was beautifully crafted from all real wood the acoustics were unpleasant. Thankfully we had 3 nights with not upstairs neighbor but day 1 and day 5, not so pleasant. The restaurant food was delicious with fun entertainment. Staffed with Chef’s and obviously well trained culinary professionals, the hotel restaurant and sushi bar did not disappoint. The beach front was just past the gorgeous pool with white soft sand and clear blue waters. Even with the negative aspects I pointed out I would still highly recommend Aldea Kuka. Thank you for having us.

My family and I spent the entire week at Hotel Aldea Kuká, and I can say without a doubt that it’s one of the places where we’ve experienced the kindest and most attentive service of any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. At reception, Mitch, Gladys, and Abigaíl; and in the restaurants, Eduardo, Israel, and Mike—all of them were truly dedicated to making us feel seen, welcome, and cared for. I believe Holbox is a paradise. The beaches, the sandbars, the crystal-clear water, and the fact that you can walk hundreds of meters into the sea without the water rising above your knees—it’s honestly hard to put into words. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. The beds are comfortable, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The food is excellent in all the restaurants, and the pool is also a lovely space where you can easily spend long stretches of time. In short: the hotel is stunning, the location is divine, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. They genuinely go out of their way to make you happy, and if something goes wrong, they make sure to fix it immediately. We were truly happy in Holbox, and that was largely thanks to the team at Hotel Aldea Kuká. Highly recommended.
