オテル プラン ソレイユ(Hôtel Plein Soleil)

It’s worth the bumpy ride to come here. This place is amazing. The view is stunning and the ocean breezes are instantly present anywhere on the hilltop location. The property is beautifully and painstakingly maintained — particularly hard to find in Martinique. Many places show photo enhanced pictures - not the case here. The gastronomic prix fixe menu is fabulous and was repeatedly (x4) a success. Wine choices, thought limited, are all very good (it’s France after all!). Even the breakfast verges on the gastronomic with local fruit and hooves made from local produce. We were supposed to stay for three nights and we ended up staying for seven. Maybe that says it all.

Beautiful hotel on a hill overlooking the bay. Restaurant setting and gardens are excellent and a great place to relax. negatives, one would be the bathroom which was looking tired and very little water pressure in the shower and there isn’t any parking that doesn’t require going up a very steep incline with the cases! There is one handicapped parking space close to the reception though

Great place to start our postponed vacation after the COVID Pandamic. We had high expectations but were very impressed with the hospitality and layout of Plein Soleil! We had our own private pool - which was very welcome after a long trip. We decided to have dinner at the restaurant 2 nights and were both times very satisfied with the food, the wine and the service.

Very good dining experience whether breakfast or evening dinner. Rooms somewhat tired. Room shower not working properly and was not sorted when mentioned (used 2nd shower instead which are available with private pool rooms). Overall dining experience made up for it. Road to hotel is a 4x4 experience!

Room with a pool was wonderful but this property is very isolated - road access was terrible and frankly the restaurant was more interested in the presentation of their food than in providing a quality eating experience.

Au delà de la beauté du site, l'hôtel plein soleil a accueilli l'un des plus beaux événements de notre vie, notre mariage! Sans aucun doute le meilleur choix qu'on ait pu faire! Nos convives et nous même avons été choyé par toute l'équipe, les plats étaient exquis, le vin d'une grande qualité et tout cela pour un peu moins de 100 personnes. Tout était parfaitement orchestré, alors merci pour votre professionnalisme. Quant à la chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné, rien est à redire! Décoration délicate, literie haut de gamme, petit déjeuner copieux et succulent, ce fût un "mariage" et un "après mariage "réussi. Merci à vous tous! Je recommande fortement.

Toujours un réel bonheur de venir passer quelques moments en dehors du temps dans votre hôtel au charme tropical. Nous sommes accueillis avec chaleur dans ce petit coin de paradis, au sein d'une végétation luxuriante et préservée. Les chambres sont charmantes. La table d'hôte excellente est une référence... Un établissement de choix en Martinique !

Régulièrement pour mes séjours BUSINESS je séjourne à l'hôtel Plein Soleil, véritable havre de paix. Je prends le temps de laisser un avis parce que je me rends compte que certains clients exagèrent quant à l'état de la route par exemple. Les chambres sont d'une propreté irréprochable. Il y a des petits attentions pour l'arrivée. L'équipe est charmante et le service toujours irréprochable. Cela fait maintenant 4 ans que j'y viens et l'hôtel Plein Soleil fait partie des meilleurs hôtels de l'île, sans parler du restaurant.

Die Zimmer sind schön, man genießt die Privatsphäre mit eigenem Pool, obwohl am ersten Tag der Safe nicht funktionierte und eine Lösung schnell nicht in Sicht war. Das Poollicht funktionierte nicht und auch das Schloss am Eingang war verrostet. Insgesamt fehlt etwas Einladendes, das Persönliche war nicht gegeben und es wirkte im Vergleich zu unseren vorherigen Unterkünften neutral und wenig einladend. Hätten wir auch verkraften können, aber was die schlechtere Bewertung anbelangt ist die Lage. Der Weg dorthin ist eine Katastrophe, ein Schlagloch nach dem anderen. Und es sind einige Kilometer dorthin mit einer Menge Steigungen, Kurven und engen Straßen. Und man kommt in das Hotel und in der Umgebung ist…nichts. Es liegt in einem gut situierten Wohnviertel mit keinerlei alternativen Restaurants. Jedes Gebäude ist für sich eingezäunt, jeder Versuch, etwas Interessantes zu finden endete vor Einfahrten oder wenig einladendem Wasser. Strände oder auch nur ein kleines Ecklein zum Chillen sucht man vergebens, es ist Tristesse pur. Wer also diese Ruhe und eine exklusivere Küche abends sucht, ist gut aufgehoben. Aber wer nur ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung sucht, ist falsch aufgehoben.
