Room furnishing is run down. Carpeted floor feels dirty. Bath Towel is thin and washed.

The hotel was created out of a large insurance company office. The common spaces are well done, but the rooms are pretty basic. The online photos make them seem better than they are. That said the staff is amazing and the bar was a fun place to hang out. Parking lot connects to the lobby. Very convenient.

Great Hotel, booked a suite as there were 3 of us, and was surprised that there was massive bedroom sitting area plus another bedroom upstairs. Lovely large bathroom, and perfectly situated close to the centre of Le Mans. The hotel had a private car park which was very secure, and lovely staff to greet us on our arrival. Booked with breakfast included, and staff were very attentive and helpful, could not fault the staff at all. Lovely stay, and great town to visit.

The Hotel is a large stone building Which we liked. We stayed in a suite (421) which was very spacious , clean and well appointed . The bed was huge. We didn’t hear any noise from outside the room. Reception Staff were very helpful . The car park is secure. We had the breakfast express ( coffee and croissants ) . The dining room was quite busy with a somewhat frantic air generated by some folks who were busy stuffing themselves from the buffet . However , it worked for us. Would stay again.

A very disappointing experience from a hotel that claims to be four star. Upon arrival we were very surprised to be told that their restaurant and bar were both closed and we would have to walk into town to get a meal however our biggest shock was how dirty the hotel was, our room was absolutely filthy and had clearly not be properly cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was equally bad with several human hairs seen in the bath. We complained at reception but we were told no other rooms were available. With this in mind we cut short our stay and checked out the following morning. We cannot recommend this hotel and would not return.

Restaurant is really not to the level one would expect.

The ideal place for a business trip, clean rooms, standard decoration, standard breakfast, nice staff, but I'm wondering if the rooms in the ancient part of the hotels aren't more stunning and beautiful? I hear there's a suite on the top floor which is really worth it. This is perfectly clean, perfectly comfortable, And rather ordinary.

A stunning hotel in a great location Friendly staff and very clean. The room was a nice size and the bed was really comfortable. A short walk into the main square with bars and restaurants and a stunning light show every night in August. Would recommend 😊

The hotel was easy to find and very accommodating following a very long journey which delayed our arrival. Staff are very friendly and only too happy to help. Rooms are very clean and very spacious. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
