シャントクレール(The Originals City, Hôtel Chantecler, le Mans (Inter-Hotel))

Excellent basic hotel in great location. Easy walk into centre of Le Mans. Parking available at the hotel which is a bonus. Excellent very helpful and friendly staff.

This hotel has parking and is centrally placed for the cathedral and market. Our room was basic and sp****ly furnished, but the beds were extremely comfortable with great bedding. The room does need a mirror in the room itself, one in the bathroom is not enough. It also needs another, chair, another bedside table and something to stop the beds sliding away from the head board when you sit up in bed and lean against it. Breakfast was delicious if again, fairly sp****. The hotel was very happy to lend us a kettle so we could make drinks in our room. The floor is very cold, so bring slippers. The bathroom is a wet room but the radiator on the bathroom wasn’t working so there was no way to dry the towels, or the floor. Not too good.

Friendly and helpful staff. Large clean room and good location. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room but fortunately we brought our own. Dog were welcome and the room was plenty big enough for their crate. On site parking included and a good location.

Bedroom simple but very clean and really quiet environnement, despite the fact that I was on the ground floor near the parking lot. Good address near the train station, the tramway station and the city center. Good advises given by the host. Thaks to all

The room was spacious, very clean but lack of atmosphere. Rather cold and clinical. Great bathroom with excellent shower. We had a room on the ground floor and that was probably not the best of the lot. No view outside, some noise if you leave the window open. Staff was very helpful if something went wrong (broken coffeemaker at breakfast) Breakfast was otherwise very good.

Hôtel bien situé. Chambre spacieuse. Intérieur vieillissant, moquette dans l'escalier pas top au niveau de la propreté. Accueil en revanche très professionnel. Petit déjeuner moyen pour 1 trois étoiles et mériterait plus de soin. La salle du petit déjeuner assez froide, pas chaleureux.

Très bon accueil et services de la part de l'hôtel. Tout est mis en oeuvre pour satisfaire et optimiser l'expérience du voyageur

Au top ! Les hôteliers sont d'une gentillesse rare, le personnel aux petits soins avec les clients (merci pour le prêt de parapluie, les conseils restaurant, les discussions). L'hôtel est d'une propreté incroyable et le petit déj parfait ! Possibilité de stationner également. Je recommande sans hésiter et reviendrai avec plaisir ! Hâte d'avoir une prochaine formation sur LE MANS ;)
