I booked this particular hotel because it was advertised that French, English, and Spanish were spoken. Not a word of English was spoken by any of the staff.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and excellent staff. Nice park with walking paths nearby.

The hotel room was clean and fresh, fairly modern and simply decorated, with the amenities you would expect - ensuite shower room, television and even a safe. The room wasn't enormous, but perfectly adequate for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and bedding of a good quality. USB points AND electric sockets next to the bed were a nice touch. The shower room was also very clean, but being small got quite steamy when you took a shower and I noticed mold spots are starting to appear on the ceiling - maybe inadequate ventilation? I certainly didn't hear the VMC turn on and there was no separate switch to do so - however, the shower room and towels were spotlessly clean. Soap, shower gel and paper cups were provided. We didn't have breakfast, but the staff at check in and check out were very pleasant. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the centre of Agen and so we took the car to go in to eat in the evening although there are a few restaurants (pizza) within walking distance. Overall, no complaints and good value for money. Well done.

ne connaissant pas la formule Best Western restauration, nous avons été plus que surpris lorsqu'on nous a servi un repas en bocal dans un petit plateau sans rien à boire ni verre.

Tout d'abord nous avons été très bien accueillis, et aux petits oignons avec notre hôtesse d'accueil, Maëva. Nous avons passé un très beau week-end et mangé dans de très bons restaurants qu'elle nous a vivement conseillé. L'hôtel Best western était très propre, les petits déjeuners aussi bien que dans les autres hôtels français où nous avons pu séjourné, et le confort y était également. Que demain de plus ???

Nous y venons chaque fois qu'il faut que nous soyons dans cette region. Nous ne regrettons pas ce choix car le personnel la direction et les chambres sont impeccables a notre arrivee. La gentillesse et l'efficacite sont maitres mots. Merci et à tres bientot
