Nice spot to stop on our way to our Canadian fishing trip. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room.

It was my first time in Watertown; having a clean and safe hotel to return to each day made the trip much more enjoyable.

From the time we arrived and departed are stay was perfect. The staff here is very welcoming, the breakfast was hot and a lot of choices. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Beds are a bit too firm for my liking. And milk served with breakfast was quite outdated. Turned my son's stomach. Informed staff they didn't seem too concerned about changing the other outdated milk.

Was super clean, and the staff were super courteous and helpful. The bed however was springy and hard.

We always stay here and love it. Only problem i booked 2 rooms and they only had me down for one and cost me an extra 50 bucks for 2nd room. We were not happy. I hope i wasn’t gouged because of the eclipse being on Monday.

Great hotel, new, clean, spacious. Great staff. So I chose this hotel to spend some time at the pools with my kids, just to know they were closed for renovation. I guess we just got so unlucky... I wouldn't expect a pool to be close over an Easter long weekend. While they kindly offered to refund us if we ended up going to a community pool, they were closed during our stay and yes, it is an inconvenient option for us either way, I wasn't planning to leave a comfortable hotel for a pool. Anyways, I was hoping to get a discount for a future return as a gesture or something but I didn't because I would only assume ill get a "no" for an answer. :(

Hotel was great with the exception that the pool was closed. There was no notification or mention at time of booking. The front desk was great though and was able to refund us 1 of our 2 night stays for the inconvenience. We will for sure return once the construction is done.
