endroit très calme, très bon accueil

I would say this was good, rather than average, but Tripadvisor does not use this rating. · The hotel is still reasonably new and modern. The room size was bigger than the other aparthotel studios we stayed. We booked the hotel as it is located in the suburbs and close to the main roads, as we wanted the visit Mt St Michel and st Malo. Both destinations reachable with one hour. There was a separate kitchen area, but bench space was still small. When we arrived we had an issue with the room and although there was no reception staff, the problems was solved. There is a shopping mall with a intermarche closeby, just a five minute walk. We had a room at the south side and this means a lot of sun. The windows can be opened but there is no airconditioning. So the room was actually too warm. It is not possible to prepare a meal. Just heat something in the microwave, as the bench area is very small. There is parking next to the hotel for a reasonable price, but this is also used by the hospital staff and a car park is not guaranteed. And it can be full.

It was great, we arrived late so there was no one at the reception. However we were able to get clear instructions in self checkin. Everything was spotless. Great experience

Kitchen useful

Lieu très propre, chambre confort malgré le matelas dur (question de goût). Le plus de cet endroit est qu’il ai parfaitement situé pour aller dans le centre ville de Rennes, la ligne de bus c1 vous dépose directement devant l’hôtel, le top!!

Excellent rapport qualité prix... Appartement très agréable, lumineux, spacieux.. Notre fille a apprécié les jeux mis à disposition au rdc dans l'espace de convivialité... Très bon accueil !

De passage à Rennes pour le travail et pour respecter la politique voyage de mon entreprise j'ai fait le choix de cette résidence. A contrecœur au départ car j'avais dans une autre ville eu une très mauvaise expérience de l'enseigne. Quelle agréable surprise, une chambre suffisamment grande, tout comme la salle de douche et le coin cuisine parfaitement équipé qui permet d'éviter un restaurant en solo. L'accueil, le calme, la propreté sont tout autant appréciable. Bravo à toute l'équipe en charge de la vie de cette résidence.

Hébergement au calme, très bonne literie, kitchenette bien équipé, belle salle de douche.
