ピエール & バカンス レジデンス レ ジャルダン ドゥ ラ コート ドパール(Residence Pierre & Vacances les Jardins de la Cote d'Opale)

Up our arrival we were greeted by a very unpleasant woman behind the desk(no name badge) but assuming she was a manager. We were told our room would be ready in ten minutes. We unload the car go back to reception then we are told our room wouldn't be ready until 5pm, it was 3:30 at this time. Fair enough, they said we could use the pool until our room was ready. We get the kids in their swimsuits and off to the pool. While walking around the decking at the pool the boards were loose, worn, coming up which is a major tripping hazard and loose, rusty nails knocking about. All the while, this woman(manager) at reception claims to speak not a word of English and is very snappy towards us. Minutes after the kids enter the pool, we were then called over, with attitude, told again our room would be ready in 10 minutes, after we pay a €200 deposit. Finally, we were are allowed in our room, it was nothing short of a decorated prison suite. Shower head was broken, muck around skirting boards, dishes still had reminance of previous use, "pillows" which I can only assume had been thrown through a washing machine as all the fluff inside was balled up in sections, mattresses were shocking! We woke up with back aches every morning. Cushions were sloping off the pullout sofa. We were supplied with 3 towels and 1 toilet roll for a family of 5 staying for a week. As reception was shut at this point, 6pm, and wouldn't be open till the following morning, I'd enquire the next morning about a couple extra towels and toilet roll. The next morning, I approached the same nasty woman simply asking for 2 extra towels and toilet roll, I was immediately snapped at, in her best broken English, yells at me and tells me to go do some washing if we needed towels, she rolled her eyes and stormed off. When she came Bach she shoved 1 roll of toilet paper at me. I said "and towels?" she says "NO!! You go wash!" I tried to explain we are a family of 5 and we only received 3 towels, I only want 2 more. She, snaps at me again storms off again and chucks 2 towels at me, shouts "NO MORE YOU GO WASH!!" Needless to say I made it a point not to have to deal with them again. She was very nasty, unwelcoming, and had I been able to communicate better with her, I would have immediately got my money back and gone somewhere else. A very disappointing start to our holiday. I will NEVER stay there again and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. A company of this size should have trained employees with better customer service at the desk, require people to have a better attitude if working in the hospitality industry and rooms updated and regularly checked for any maintenance needed. All in all, horrible experience, awful staff with bad attitude, filthy rooms, serious maintenance needed, and whoever owns this place needs to stick there neck out and get it sorted. We love going to Le Touquet it's a lovely little town, beautiful, and quaint but I will never stay at Pierre & Vacances Résidence Les Jard

Overall a pleasing stay once we managed to get in. The reception is closed on Sunday, this was not communicated during the booking process and a subsequent email went to my junk inbox meaning we hadn't contacted the hotel prior to us arriving menaning 3 hours of panicking before getting in. The pool was very good and the room was OK for what we needed although many cupboards and curtains are in poor condition and in need of replacement.

We were pleased with our apar**ent , clean and comfortable. Good faciiities , ample parking . Good clear instructions for booking in as reception was closed . Wish we had brought our swimming attire, pool looked really inviting. Will definetly use this property again .

So eine dreckige Unterkunft hatten wir noch nie. Die Matratzen verpisst, der Boden dreckig. WLAN für 25 € dazugebucht und extrem schlechte Verbindung. Das Geschirr ebenfalls dreckig und ungewaschen. Die Bettwäsche muffig. Die Couch kaputt. Total abgewohnt und heruntergekommen. Die Fotos sagen den Rest. Niemals wieder.

Très bon emplacement au Touquet-Paris-Plage Résidence pas du tout chaleureuse, personnel inexistant à l’accueil et température à l’entrée avoisinant les 15•c. La piscine et très mal isolée, moisissures et condensation… Il fait très froid, pour les enfants pas top du tout d’autant plus que la piscine était un critère de sélection pour notre réservation. Le logement mérite clairement un rafraîchissement. Pourtant bien agencé, menuiseries, plaintes, cuisine,WC… à refaire…. Déçu ne mérite pas un 3 étoiles.

Pas fait pour des personnes âgées, canapé trop bas,WC exigu, chambre trop petite ,les lits contre les murs,avec interrupteur au niveau du matelas très étroit entre les 2 lits,mauvaise connection wifi, tv constamment brouillée. PERSONNEL,très convivial et présent,bon parking

Établissement vétuste qui ressemble plus à un sanatorium qu’à une résidence de vacances . Gérer par un syndic location de propriété à l opposé de pierre et vacances tout est payant literies de mauvaises qualités loft 131 magnifique vue sur les poubelles

Residence que nous connaissons depuis plus de 20 ans . Tres decus de notre dernier sejour . la residence est de plus en plus vieillissante, tout reste dans son jus des annees 2000...odeur d egout constante dans l appart.. les menuiseries rongees par la rouille, la porte douche toute rouillee dans le bas, la bonde pas nettoyee.. la literie est tres dure. Seul point positif l accueil du personnel. Mais cela n est pas suffisant vu egalement le prix du sejour. Nous ne reviendrons pas. Et prefererons un autre hebergement au touquet. Dommage.

Habitués des résidences c'est la plus vieillissante ..bien située malgré tout piscine correcte . Points négatifs ménage des salles de bains désastreux ( cheveux et poils derrière les portes) couette et oreillers jaunis et très usagers, meubles de cuisines sales et délabrés... Et le pompon du pompon pas de wifi pendant tout séjour. A l'arrivée on vous dit que ça va être rétabli ...accueil fermé le mardi et mercredi...et a votre départ vous apprenez que le wifi est en panne depuis plus quinze jours.....
