Thumbs up: staff, clean rooms Thumbs down…they are renovating so a little construction chaos we were in renovated rooms and they were pretty nice..

If you need a ground floor room, call ahead to reserve, there is no elevator. But great place. Today's breakfast was biscuits & gravy & sausage links.

For one it was really good. Staff was very friendly. No frills but you can’t beat the price. Great beds overall very clean the only they need to change the shower curtain it was very moldy. Other than that I would recommend.

I am always pleased with my stay at Mapple Tree. Close to restaurant, gas station,and shopping.

The room was excellent and the lady that checked us in was also excellent...

When we were checking in, we asked to be on the side away from interstate and were told "you don't want to be on that side, that's were the locals stay". The room was okay, but the towels were very stained and there was food left in the refrigerator. The TV remote did not work and there was no phone to call the front desk. When we checked the front desk asked how our stay was and when we told of our issues, they said they would refund us...that did not happen.

Very good reasonable price for the money little loud with the highway going by but not bad you just go to sleep the room didn't have to have a smell of a smoke maybe because it used to be a smoking room years ago and then they repaint it and remodeled it's just in the walls people are very very nice though. Also close to all the good food places in Lebanon Dowds catfish House DaVinci's Italian and other places.

This experience was absolutely horrible. My husband checked in late around 1:30ish am and NO ONE was there. Like no one was at a desk or even on the premise. My husband and two young children were getting ready to sleep in the car in the hotel parking lot and then the worker came in. She was very understanding but didn’t have a room key ready. She had to use the master key. The room was gross. Dirty. No bed bugs so I guess that’s a plus but it was nasty. We won’t ever be coming back. Yes, I booked the room in advance. No, we didn’t just walk in and try to get a room. Horrible experience. Very gross. Don’t waste your money. I wish I didn’t have to give it a one start. Because I’d give it a ZERO.

Booked a double tried to put us in a single. Room smeeled like dog. No hot water no towels.
