The pool was not usable! This was the only reason I booked at this hotel. Extremely disappointed

hotel is decent. room lacks a lot of convenience and space of other hotels. bathroom was rather small and very dimly lit and the shower had really low water pressure. I was surprised that a hotel that charged me the rate didn't include a free breakfast or even a bottle of water. better options in the area that are cleaner, updated and have included breakfast.

Property is close to a lot of things but sits back a little so it’s quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed here because our normal place was booked and we have decided to make this our regular place now when we come this way. Highly recommend!!! Only thing I can say negatively (and not for me) the shampoo, conditioner and soap that they provided had lavender in it. Ok for me but if my daughter had used it without looking she is allergic to lavender. I wasn’t used to having “fancy” soap at a hotel so it surprised me in a nice way. I would have her bring her own if she came with me next time.

We recently stayed here as part of a wedding party. We were able to check in about an hour early which was super appreciated to have plenty of time to get ready for the ceremony. The rooms are perhaps just a bit outdated but comfortable and clean. We only were there less than a day so it suited our needs just fine.

For the amount we were charged for the room I expected a lot more. I am not sure if room service deep cleaned the room before we stayed. There was a dead spider in the middle of the shower and a dirty used knife in one of the chairs and we had our toddler with us. The breakfast is not included and the breakfast they do have is over priced. The ladies working were very nice though! They advertise having starbucks coffee but all they gave me was a stemed milk latte without the coffee. For the price we spent, we won't be back.

The people who work there were super nice to me and my son. And they have a surprisingly good bar also!

The toilet wasn’t working properly. One flush and it turned into 3 flushes and it kept clogging. I didn’t think the bathroom was very clean either. The clasps of the toilet seats looked to be caked with urine.

Only issue is that only one elevator working and the hotel was busy so it took time to get to the 4th floor.

I chose this property for a change of where I usually stay. Loved that they had a fitness room and restaurant. My room was spacious and clean. I had a king bed. Front desk staff - AMAZING. Adam, Nina and Dan were so kind and helpful. At the end of the day, Brooke and Erin were beams of sunshine at the bar. The sisters treated me with such warmth. The ONLY negative was the baseball teams that occupied a majority of the hotel. Running around without parent supervision. Some of the parents actually needed supervising!
