ホリデイ イン エクスプレス ホテル & スイーツ インバネス IHG ホテル(Holiday Inn Express & Suites Inverness-Lecanto)

Holiday Inn Express is one of our favorite hotels. We stay tin their hotels across the country. This hotel was excellent except for cleanliness. Most areas were clean, but the elevator was filthy. Our bath tub had a red stain that I could not clean.

Not bad but seems like the place has a lot of things in need of repair or renovation

We stayed one night to attend my father’s funeral in Homosassa. We arrived very late, around 1am. After going into the room, we were immediately met with a strong urine smell. There was also a roach crawling in the bathroom. I informed the front desk and asked for another room. The hotel was completely sold out so we had to stay in the room. The front desk staff was extremely apologetic and provided air freshener spray. I tried to find other accommodations in the area but decided to stay since it was so late and it wouldn’t have been worth moving my family. I wouldn’t stay here again. I would stay a little further away to have access to better hotel chains.

Front desk was friendly and helpful! Clean in the common area and great breakfast. Pool area was clean with towels. Beds slept great. Loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner body wash! Hot shower and clean towels!

Happy with room, location, breakfast with no negatives at all. Property is convenient and very, very well maintained and clean. Highly recommend!

The staff was really friendly and very professional the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the mineral pool was AMAZING it helped me with my asthma and knee joints thank you so much for your hospitality we definitely will be back

We found a roach running around our washroom at night. In the morning we also found an egg sack. When we spoke to the front desk agent, she was unsurprised and responded with a shrug and “it’s Florida”. I was really disappointed with the lack of concern. It’s not normal to have roaches. I’ve stayed many places in my life and I’ve never had this problem before.

Everything seemed nice and clean. The beds were super comfortable and I would love to know how to purchase one for home. Each staff member we interacted with was friendly. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
