Credo che questa sia una tra le migliori strutture in Salento. Lecce è una meravigliosa citta e l'Hotel Ti offre tutto cio' che chiedi per soggiornare in tranquillità Ho avuto modo di apprezzare anche il ristorante, buon cibo locale e ben lavorato dallo Chef. Complimenti!

This hotel is a welcome respite from a visitor’s hectic travels. It is a 20-31 minute walk from the historic center of town (20 mins if you’re young and fit, and traffic lights go your way; 31 mins if you’re slower and return at the height of traffic and long lights). It’s an easy walk, as the hotel provides directions and you basically walk as straight as possible into town. Rest assured that the walk is worth it, as the rooms are large, the beds are very comfy, and the housekeepers keep everything spotless. Mario, in particular, is an outstanding employee who made sure everything pleased us, but everyone was kind and helpful. Even the housekeeping staff was beaming with kindness. The hotel rooms appear new and clean, the lighting is good for work (if needed.) The breakfast buffet is far above average and is nothing short of spectacular. There are restaurants nearby, but we preferred the superb food in the city center. Two small grocery stores are nearby. Lecce is a great place to visit, and this hotel was far above average…it really is a place I would like to return to.

Great hotel with awesome beds, a fine rooftop bath we enjoyed the fullest! But the staff workers were the best!! I will never forgot that an woman called our taxidriver to go back for immurgency. And that I forgot my nightbraces at the receptions place. I was shocked but so thankfull! This meant a lot to me

Nothing special. The hotel overall was just ok. It is just outside the city. As a diamond member I was upgraded to a suite. Again, nothing special in the room. Pool and gym were small but acceptable. Room key didn’t work, needed to be replaced with an actual key.

Nice Hotel, clean and tidy roms, and ok location. The restaurant and the bar was chaotic. Low standard food with unorganised and ineffective service. Was served two glasses of aerated red wine - third attempt was bad as well. Hilton used to be better

We were staying for two nights as part of a tour of Puglia with Riviera Travel. The hotel was clean and room was spacious. Staff uninterested, bar service was abysmal, under staffed and dirty glasses lying everywhere, they wanted to serve drinks in plastic cups as no one there to attend to tables and refreshing glasses. Bar not stocked with basic beers etc. Hotel cannot cope with large numbers. Certainly not of same quality of Hilton GI in UK. Even for tour party, this cannot be considered 4*.
