ホテル ゴールデン ローズ(Hotel Goldene Rose)

Stayed as a last minute overnight stay to walk the Highline179, location was a short 10 minute walk into town with a small selection of eating places. Room was ok but basic. Breakfast was terrible boiled eggs were raw! Coffee machine broken!

Great hotel for an overnight stay or a longer vacation. Lovely room, our had a beautiful view, and of a very high standard. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant is excellent. Must make a point about the reception: the young lady on duty was one of the best receptionist that we have encounter in our long life of travels. Nothing was too much for her and her English was very good. Pity that we could not book a room for our return journey as they were full.

The receptionists could not possibly have been any nicer! Our room was perfect with a small private sitting area outside the garden door. Breakfasts were outstanding with anything we could possibly want! Our room and the public areas were always neat and tidy. We celebrated my husband's birthday in the hotel restaurant- the staff was so helpful and kept my surprise- food was delicious. We would stay here again when ever in the area. (Perfect location- lots within driving distance from Reutte.)

This was a beautiful hotel. Check-in was very pleasant as the receptionist was so friendly and enthusiastic. Breakfast was delicious- and more than I could ever eat!! We celebrated my husband's birthday here and the staff were so accommodating for that. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!

quiet and unique

I am an American who went to visit the Neuschwanstein Castle (Disney cinderella castle). I booked a room and before everything was fine online the hotel staff called about 20 minutes later and told me they had ran out of room and could no longer accommodate my stay while the website said there was multiple bookings available. I whole heartedly believe it was because we were Americans they canceled our reservation.

Zwei Nächtigungen haben gereicht und ich weiß, dass wir wiederkommen werde. Personal und Service waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Gerichte liebevoll gestaltet und sehr lecker. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wir waren mit dem Motorrad angereist und - ob auf zwei oder vier Rädern - die Parkplätze sind groß genug. Das Hotel hat einen guten Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten in der Umgebung und am Abend lässt sich die Aussicht mit einem Gläschen Wein auf Balkon oder Terrasse genießen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das ganze Team für die wunderbaren Tage ＜3

Personal sehr nett, DZ und Frühstück sehr gut, Zustellbett für Erwachsenen (so gebucht) nur halbe Breite - wohl nur ein "Softwarefehler", Kurtaxe zweimal berechnet - wohl nur ein "Softwarefehler". Keine Rückmeldung auf Beschwerde innerhalb von 5 Tagen - vielleicht ja auch nur ein Softwarefehler?
