酒店在奧地利與瑞士邊界，靠近阿爾卑斯山脈，環境非常不錯。訂了一個3人間，酒店給的是兩居室，房間很大，很乾凈，還配有廚房用具。在酒店的西餐廳點了烤三文魚和烤牛肉兩份西餐，味道非常nice，給個好評！

Stayed here for 4 nights as part of a Shearings Christmas Market Break. We stayed in the new annexe and our room was on the ground floor. Thais is a really nice hotel and the staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, warm and comfortable with plenty of space for clothes. The bathroom facilities were very good and there was always plenty of hot water. The only downside was the absence of tea making facilities. We forgot that this seems to be the norm in German and Austrian hotels. Others in the group told us that they always bring a ravel kettle with them and we will follow their example next time we are in Germany. The food was good and there was a good choice on the buffet style breakfast. A novelty was the fact that you could cook your bacon and eggs on a griddle provided. There were also facilities for boiling eggs. The evening meals were good but the choice was limited. On our last night we were told that we could go on a torch lit walk along the river led by a member of the hotel staff. We were given torches which resemble mini flame throwers and set of in a large group. It soon became apparent that this was not to be a leisurely stroll but a brisk route march. One lady found the pace tomuch and trned back and several others were a long way behind the main group. On return to the hotel we were given free Gluewhein which was very welcome. We were told that the walk and free Gluewhein were a thank you from the hotel for being a good group! The whole package was really good and our drivers Trevor and Gareth were superb and made sure we had a good holiday. We visited several Christmas Markets – Ulm, Munich, Stuttgart, Garmisch and Reutte. The 2hotel we stayed in in Liege on the way out and on the way back were good but not to the standard of the Goldene Rose. All in all a great break

reviewing the restaurant part of this hotel. outside snow blizzard, inside a warm restaurant with mainly hotel guests. a la carte with several traditional choices, varying from meat to fish and vegetarian. nice dessert finished all off friendly staff, fast delivery of food, nice wine. in the back a large dining room, but as we were already a bit off season, we were sitting in the smaller front side, with warmer atmosphere several international guests. restaurant prices reasonable

The hotel is in the small village of Lechashau which is a short (15 min) walk across the river to the larger town of Reutte. The village is very small and quiet. The Goldene rose is bigger than it looks from the outside as it has various extensions built onto the rear, even though our party were the only guests staying there the food was still authentic and not geared to the English, not a burger or chicken and chips anywhere to be seen, thank goodness.

We stayed 3 nights in July this year with the ocassion of our holiday; those days were dedicated to visiting the Bavarian castles: Neuwanschtein, Linderhof and Hoheswangau. We chose an appartment with garden view and HB; I have to say that everything was more than we expected: rooms, the view to the mountains, good food, good service and we had also a surprise: we had in the price a ride with a horse carriage throught the neighborhood; if I have to say a less good point is that it was a little cold at night, due to low temperatures. I would recommend this location to all tourists that want good service for a fair price. Visit also Herrenchiemsee (the Bavarian Versailles), it is fabulous!

Not enthusiastic about this hotel. Room and bathroom very basic. Bedding in synthetic material. Slight odour in the corridors. Breakfast ( which was mandatory) has been forgettable: no croissants and almost no cakes. The savioury dishes not particularly inviting. The staff was either nice (receptionnist) or non/descript (all the rest). On the positive, extremely quiet establishment and spacious room. All in all, 164 euro/ night is way too expensive for this hotel.

Stayed as a last minute overnight stay to walk the Highline179, location was a short 10 minute walk into town with a small selection of eating places. Room was ok but basic. Breakfast was terrible boiled eggs were raw! Coffee machine broken!

Als Geschäftsreisender arbeite ich oft bis nach Mitternacht bei Kunden vor Ort und bin deshalb auf Ruhe am Morgen angewiesen. Leider begannen direkt an der Zimmerwand bereits um 7:30 Uhr laute Fassadenarbeiten – so laut, dass man sprichwörtlich „einen Toten hätte aufwecken können“. Ich habe die Rezeption sofort informiert und erklärt, dass ich auch am nächsten Tag wieder bis spät arbeiten muss und daher dringend Ruhe brauche. Trotzdem wurde mir weder ein anderes Zimmer angeboten noch irgendeine Initiative gezeigt, das Problem kundenfreundlich zu lösen. Die Bauarbeiten gingen unverändert weiter. Auf meine spätere Reklamation erhielt ich lediglich die Antwort: „Wir haben geglaubt, dass die Bauarbeiten gestern fertig werden, darum haben wir Ihnen kein neues Zimmer angeboten.“ Diese Reaktion empfinde ich als sehr frech und völlig kundenunorientiert. Null Initiative gegenüber einer berechtigten Beschwerde. Für Geschäftsreisende absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Eenvoudig maar fijn en proper hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Restaurant met lekkere gerechten. Ruime eigen parking. Een aanrader.

Hallo Leute,  der erste Eindruck des Hotels ist recht gut. Netter Empfang und auch entsprechende Begrüßung. Leider muss man sagen, dass sowohl das Zimmer als auch das generelle Ambiente zu Wünschen übrig lässt. Eine Wohlfühloase fühlt sich einfach anders an. Das Restaurant besuchten wir abends. Joah, man merkt, dass die Küche nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand ist. Vllt Mal über den Tellerrand hinaus schauen. Das Cappacio war für 11€ echt ne Quahl. Kein wirkliches Geschmacksmuster zu erkennen. Und der Aufkleber auf dem Zitrönchen war auch nicht so geil. Der Eispalat Schinken war die Krönung, leider im negativen Sinne. Wer zum Teufel macht Eierlikör auf nen Palatschinken?! Sahne und Schokoladensoße aus der Tube, ein schwammartiger Pfannenkuchen rundeten diesen Haufen Chemie ab. Trotzdem war der Laden gut besucht, wie vermutet eher ältere Generationen. Also wird ja trotzdem etwas richtig gemacht. Ansonsten wird man wirklich herzlich behandelt, was einiges wettmacht.

Het hotel ligt op een goede plaats, als uitvalbasis. Kort langs de fernnpas, en in de buurt van bezienswaardigheden. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op de heenweg naar het hotel zat het pittig tegen qua verkeer en weer. Inchecken kan je tot 22.00 uur. We werden rond 20.00 gebeld door het hotel. Werd het later dan 22.00 dan konden we bij aankomst bellen en dan kwam gelijk iemand van het hotel ons inchecken. Kamers zijn ruim, wat oubollig maar het is goed te doen. Het is schoon. Het ontbijt is goed en ruim aan keuze. Er is echter 1 minpunt aan dit hotel, en dat is, dat er te weinig parkeerplaatsen zijn. Parkeren is vrij op een stuk of 5 plaatsen na. Deze zijn betaalt en wat ruimer. Je auto staat onder een carpoort. En daar betaal je 7 euro per nacht voor. Verder valt er weinig negatiefs te vertellen over dit hotel. We hebben er goed geslapen. En konden weer fit onze reis vervolgen. Mochten we weer in de buurt zijn dan zal onze keuze zeker op dit hotel vallen. Zeker een aanrader!!!

Zum späteren Abend , nachdem ich meine Etappe beendet hatte , dieses Hotel gefunden und gebucht . Sehr freundliches Personal , die Zimmer sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet . Sogar Abendessen konnte ich noch bestellen . Das Frühstück sehr gut sortiert , nur mit der Sitzplatzwahl war es etwas kompliziert aber dies stellte nicht wirklich ein Problem dar . Parkplätze vorhanden . Ein uriges Hotel in einer sehr schönen Umgebung . Preis Leistung war völlig ok . Ein gemütliches Hotel was man weiter empfehlen kann . Gruß Rudi Klier

Zimmer war gut trotz Teppichboden . Besonders gut gelöst Nasszelle mit Glasschiebetüren . Aber es gab nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer ( Hinweis nur wenn sie direkt buchen), kein Tablett mit Tassen Wasserkocher etc ( ist doch kein Aufwand ) und besonders ärgerlich nicht mal Bodylotion. Wieder ein Hotel ohne Waschlappen. Lage war gut und es war ruhig .

Wie aus der Vergangenheit schon mehrfach erlebt, können wir immer wieder das Hotel empfehlen. Es ist immer eine Freude hierher zurück zukommen. Nach unseren Erfahrungen ist es sinnvoll ein Zimmer der besseren Kategorie zu buchen, da diese modern und renoviert sind.
