ザ ガイア ホテル バンドン(The Gaia Hotel Bandung)

Room really nice with mountains view, the room ambiance was really clean and bright. The room was perfect! The garden not really big, but good enough for strolling around in the afternoon time. We also got mini bar (snacks and drinks) for free with unlimited mineral water by request. We enjoy our lunch at semeja restaurant (indonesian or asian food), enjoy our afternoon cake in their coffee shop and also tried dinner at monomono restaurant (Japanese food). Evertyhing was good. The breakfast have a lot of choices, but it really crowded, even they already separated in 4 sessions. Really recommend this hotel for family or couple getaway.

I love the location, the scenery nearby is very delightful. It was very clean and the breakfast was amazing even though it was free they did not cut any corners. They knew I was from a different country so they took care of me. The service was really fast and the staff seemed like family. Since I was in the club room everything was even better. I 100% recommend this to families as well as couples. I will surely go back here again.

I would give all criteria 5 star rating only if what happened this morning whereby i went to the cafe sitting at the non smoking area but there are few people sit near my area and smoking. The staff did not went thru and round check so it makes other people feel inconvenient.

Everything was good but the problem that the swimming pool not heated water so the swimming pool water still cold and the kids club doesn't have any toys for toodler maybe kids club need improvement. Thank you

Dari jakarta lancar sampai bandung lsng disambut staff ramah untuk pengambilan tas2 dari bagasi dan sayang nya antriannya panjanggggg dan lama 1 orang chek in bisa 5_10 menit tergantung bookingan mrk jadi klu antri nya 12 orang bisa 30m_1 jam lebih untuk chek in aja lumayan capek jg kaki ini berdiri tp mrk lsng sergap pas sy tlp dan bilang antriannya panjang fibantu staff lain datang mencatat bookingan yg antri jadi bisa faster durasi nya cuma itu terbayar sama hotelnya yg bersih dan wangi dan serba luxi juga view nya bagus sarapannya juga lumayan enak dan ada cafe yg mau pesan kopi enak jg adaberbagai pastri di lokasi M1 kolam renang cantik anak2 senang dan juga terhibur pokoknya no minus hanya proses chek in aja yg busy dan lama tp senang setelah minum kopi hilang capek nya ensyaAllah balik lagi ke gaia hotel

The room is very luxirious and many choices of snacks at mini bar. And should try the salmon at the restaurant, it is very delicous.

It is…a 5 star hotel..expect more?? Yes, Experience..well better than 4 star hotel, Hospitality..every staff smile..but it’s a work smile not from the heart smile. Cleanliness..off course..who give the 5 star, if the hotel not clean.. Food..tasty for some people, for some people the chicken meat too dry, the meat too hard.. Ambience..nice,cozy, just the road noise a little bit interupt everything.. Surprised cake..you must initiate, because the hotel wouldnt offer you.. Overall..5 star with the lowest standard

Kamar bersih tapi agak berisik suara musik diluar dan orang ngobrol terdengar, jadi tidur kurang nyenyak. Rasa Makanan biasa saja, tidak ada yang special.

在萬隆火山腳下，位置算是不錯。酒店後面就是一片森林，前面是馬路，周邊全是酒店，沒有什麼逛街的地方。但是酒店裡麪設施齊全，游泳池，花園什麼都有，也很不錯。餐飲品質在線，就是這次去趕上他們的節日，人超級多。總體來説，顏值很贊，服務很好，看完火山順路休息打個卡還是很不錯的。
