Holiday Inn & Suites Pittsfield-Berkshires

피츠필드 내에서 이정도 위치의 호텔을 찾기는 쉽지 않을것 같다 방은 상당히 컷고 만족스러웠다 편의시설이 여러개 있었으나 서비스 물을 제공해주지 않는 것이 아쉬웠다

The hotel has been updated with comfortable rooms that are clean and nice. The pool area is clean. Breakfast was great. Easy, fast, and delicious. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The only downsides are: rooms surrounding the pool area are loud during open pool hours. Rooms could use a with noice cancelling material in the hallway walls. The parking garage is closed, but not yet under construction. So the surrounding area looks dated and rundown, but the hotel building itself has recently been painted and cleaned up.

The hotel was probably good 50 years ago but now it’s old and in bad shape. Hotel parking was under renovation so we had to park on some bank’s parking outside.

You walk in and you’re greeted with a smile, you’re treated respectfully and everyone is so very helpful! Second time I’ve stayed here in a year and it is the only place I’m going to book when I’m in the area.

loved how close to downtown the property is, we walked whwre we could. parking garage is closed for renovations but the staff was great and provided free valet and parked our car close or in front of the doors most days to help with us having a small child and my husband using a cane. loved the bar and pool as well. the hallways smelled strongly of **** but thankfully the smell stayed in the halls

The room was fine. Parking was terrible. Had to park across the street in a bank parking lot as the parking garage for the hotel was closed for demolition.

Front desk couldn’t find my reservation. I requested the 3 rooms to be together. 1 room smelled like cigarettes and missing a mirror in the bedroom like the other 2 rooms.

The hotel itself was great. No complaints at all. There were a few shady looking characters around and hanging around outside the hotel. The parking garage is under construction so we all had to park at the at TD bank. One person in our group had their car broke into in that parking lot.

No hot water in our room ( and they didn’t offer any solution besides a voucher for breakfast ) and somehow and employee checked us out of our room a whole day early, and our teens were harassed at our room 3 times in an hour while we were at the store. The parking situation is ridiculous even with the valet option. Will not be staying here again.
