Premier Inn Leeds City (Elland Road)

Stayed here with work over a couple of weeks nice sized clean rooms. Staff friendly and helpful nothing was a bother I found John and Kyle helpful after a long day working to book food in restaurant or anything else i needed. The menu isn't large but I tried most meals on it and all where nice and tasty.

The staff are excellent. Very helpful and go out their way to make sure you have everything you need. Car park is very good. Only downside for myself was room was above kitchen so had noise from extraction system and boilers all night, which did wake me a few times

John & the team are so professional and friendly it was a joy to stay.Even though it was for work they made it a great experience.Thank you to all the team.the food was cooked exactly as requested and served with a smile.Felt so welcome will definitely return 👍👍👍

We stayed at the hotel last weekend as up from Brighton to watch Leeds play. We always stay here as it is a great hotel. We had a lovely evening meal and two great breakfasts. Our room was lovely and quiet whilst a hot and powerful shower is provided. I must praise the staff who once again are fantastically friendly.

What I found a good point is that the windows could be opened. This is a thing I believe should be available on all. I don't smoke and I strongly believe that many smokers would use the openable windows to have a gust. And for this point it's bad. However, so may CCTV are enforced. They could be very useful. The carpets are worn, they smell bad and definitely need to be replaced. Leaving the lift area, way to the 310 room it smells old but overall, it smells bad. The bath tub curtain smells too. And inside the room too, when you put attention on it, it gives you this disgusting feeling.

Fantastic hotel with lots of free parking. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Superb shower too. What really makes this place stand out is the team who work there. Especially John on the bar, who is a super star! He was incredibly charming & funny, and made sure our glasses weren’t empty for long. Every bar needs their own John.

John was very helpful and informative and pleasant. Lounge area clean and comfortable. House keeping exceptional to everyone. John was very attentive to all customers and prepared drinks. John had a very relaxed and confident way made us feel like in his home

Brilliant service from John at the bar, friendly, chatty and welcoming. Made it a great end to the night. Would 100% recommend this hotel, lovely room and great staff too. You for sure won’t be disappointed. Rooms are very reasonable too!!!

John and Tamara were fantastic. The whole team were great and the stay was excellent. The room was comfy and warm. Everything we needed was at hand. Nothing was too much trouble, any minor issues were solved with no fuss. Would highly recommend.
