We recently stayed at this apartment for a weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city centre, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The staff were incredibly attentive and communicative throughout our stay, with special thanks to the general manager who kept in touch before and after our visit, making us feel truly valued. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a short break or a city stay. Comfortable, convenient, and excellent service, perfect for a relaxing getaway!

My son booked a room with them for a recent trip to Leicester. Upon arrival we were told the room we had booked was not available but we were offered an alternative room. When we went in the room there was a horrible smell, the bathroom had a raised, cracked floor tile by the shower and the curtains were dirty and torn. We spoke with a staff member and told him the room wasn't acceptable and that we would have to find an alternative hotel, he promised that if we sent an email we would receive a full refund. 2 weeks and 3 emails later and they are still to respond. Disgusting service...AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were welcoming. The apartment is in a perfect central location, making everything easily accessible. It was especially convenient for our family, as we could cook our own meals and feel at home. The apartment was comfortable and offered great value for the price. Recommended for families looking for a stay in the city center!

No chair or table from which to eat- which is odd considering there is a kitchen area. So I had to eat sitting on the bed. No bedside lamp and the only light switch across the room.

Room was nothing like the photographs. Noise coming from somewhere and the smell was quite bad in corridor and the room. The management moved me to a better apartment. Again there was a bad smell but no noise this time. The knobs for the cooker and hobs were missing or broke and I left the property itching at bites from staying there.

For the price it was all right but everything you touched was all ready broken and the hallways stunk

checked in checked out after seeing the room, bedsheets stained room filthy, felt unsafe.

The worst hotel I have ever been too. Rooms were dirty and stank of stale cigarettes, had the smell of **** coming under my door from my neighbours, beds were rock solid and stank of fags, neighbours were loud throughout the night, sick in the hallway in the night, not cleaned until morning as no staff work here after 5pm. We booked for 4 nights only stayed 2 because we couldnt wait to get out of there. The hotel has been turned into a homless hostel with clientele that have absolutely no respect for the property or other tennants. I feel sorry for the owner in all honesty. Also 99% sure the cleaners are smoking in the rooms as they're cleaning them as the smell was so fresh in one of the rooms that was being cleaned when we arrived. Do not stay here, you will feel safer and cleaner on the street.
