Staff communication very bad. Bed was dirty smile

酒店不錯 交通方便 200米左右有火車站和超市，房間裏有一個小衣帽間 可以放行李 還有電磁爐，前台的服務人員態度特別好。

良い点-設備の整った調理器具、皿、カップ、電化製品など-快適なベッド-私の部屋には適切なエアコンがありました-広いバスルーム-お金に見合う価値があります悪い点-最初から最後までフレンドリーでないスタッフ。チェック中の男性店員の態度はまったく歓迎されておらず、私の到着は彼にとって大きな不便だったようでした。確かに私は午後1時15分に到着し、待つことに問題はありませんでしたが、部屋は準備ができていることが判明したので、なぜ私は態度がわかりません。鍵を女性スタッフに返送しても、感謝も願いもありません。 -プライバシー感の欠如/非常に薄い壁。まるで彼らがあなたと一緒に部屋に立っていて、受付に最も近い部屋を持っているかのように、廊下で一言一句はっきりと会話を聞くことができます。不快に感じました。

We’ve booked it from the 6th to the 11th of January. Pictures are nothing like it. Came in and checked in paid over 1,400 AUD for something that wasn’t even worth the money. Checked in and didn’t even last an hour. It smelt like mould couldn’t even breathe. Everywhere we looked we found something dirty. Hair on the sheets which they claimed was washed. Plates and coffee mugs and spoons weren’t washed. Dust all over the room. Hair on the chairs. And to end it with the worst one, blood on the sheets 🙂 Had the manager come up and look at the room but she didn’t even dare coming over to the corner to look at the sheets. Also tried charging us a cleaning fee which we haven’t used so in the end we demanded a full refund. And to top that off she was extremely rude considering the situation.

Cheap and cheerful. Budget accommodation that was clean, within cost price and convenient for our needs. Close to Norton street restaurants too.

Disappointed for a $150 a night motel. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Shower had a water saver head and such a thin stream of water. To exit the car park we had to contact the manager? What happens if we needed to leave at 5am? Just put a switch near the gates please? The TV was beside the bed where the side lamp usually goes so couldn't watch it in bed. had to be in a chair at opposite side. Very disappointing overall.

Great location, free upgrade was appreciated, and peaceful area and air conditioned.

Great value for money in the heart of Leichhardt. Pretty well equipped and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Very convenient for where I was going, but the place was absolutely filthy. Upon arrival, there were two women arguing with reception staff, who I think was also the owner. They were complaining about the filth in their room. They asked for another room, but the reception staff said there was nothing left. She told them if they weren't happy they could go elsewhere. The customer looked at me and said "Good luck staying here!" Then one of them told me to check the fan in my bathroom because theirs was filthy. The reception staff asked them to wait while she served me. I went up to my room & had a look at it. Absolutely putrid. But there was nowhere else to stay & I desperately needed a room. The towels were old, thin rags from Kmart. There was dust in every corner. The bathroom exhaust fan was filled with dust & the corners of the walls had wood rot. Outdated wrinkled carpet, cheap uncomfortable bed linen, & dusty bedside tables. I am so glad I brought my own towel. I would never stay there again. It looks nothing like the picture advertised.
