I was in town overnight i booked at last min. Everything you need is very close by. It's also only 1 min walk from train station which is easy to get to from schipol airport by train. 10 mins Beautiful location and surrounds. The room was warm. Clean. And comfortable. As a Scots traveller some milk would be practical as we like milk In our tea yet this is never provided by our European neighbours. Overall no complaints and I will definitely be back for future trips 5 star.

Schönes kleines Hotel, ganz zentral. Für eine Übernachtung völlig ok. Zimmer sehr klein. Sauberkeit war auch ok. Bett sehr bequem.

Arrived by train. The hotel is only 10 minutes or so walk. Well located in a wonderfully walkable city. Lots of eating, drinking and shopping options at your doorstep. Our room was clean and comfortable and the lady at the front desk very friendly and welcoming.

When closing my door, it did not lock behind me. This meant people could access my room without a key. I reported this in the morning but nothing was done about it. This made me feel very unsafe and worried about my belongings (Room 106). This room is also directly beside the smokers area so people can look in through the window. FYI there are no staff after 14:00 - if you want to arrive after then, you'll be messaged instructions on how to get in.

This would have been my mom’s 2nd visit to City Hotel Rembrandt. She reserved rooms to take her family for tulip season in April 2025. Sadly, she passed away very unexpectedly in January. We provided the death certificate to management, but they won’t refund the rooms. Certainly they’ll re-book those rooms, so they’ll get paid double from a dead woman’s misfortune. There are many words for this unacceptable behavior - “hospitality” and “human kindness” are not on the list.

A really pleasant hotel with lovely decor, very clean and good amenities (kettle, tea, hairdryer etc). Room was larger than expected with a big comfortable comfortable. The location was also excellent. Room faced the street and could hear a slight din but it wasn't major. The only odd thing was having to ring the number on the door to be let in as reception isn't staffed and there isn't anywhere secure to leave bags on check out. Would stay again!

We had a great stay at the City Hotel Rembrandt. It could not be easier to find, and is only 5 minutes walk from Leiden's main railway station. We arrived before 1200, but where about to check-in nevertheless as our room was already ready. It was a spotless and lovely room on the third floor, complete with balcony (though you did have to dodge the pigeons). Breakfast was in a very pleasant room on the ground floor. A fair selection, though not outstanding (the only warm food available was a boiled egg) and not the greatest value. But that's a small niggle. We had a lovely short stay and would certain stay here again.

Great location in a beautiful city. Booked a single room with double bed. Room was an odd shape but bed was big and comfortable. Very clean. Check in was fine, even though it was late and you have to use the app. Once you've got in, you can use the room keys.

Voor de t****e keer in Leiden. Nu met een overnachting in City Hotel Rembrandt. "Een sfeervol stadshotel met 19 kamers en vier hotelstudio's, midden in het historische hart van Leiden." Allerlei bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand, net zoals leuke restaurants.

Een prachtige studio, makkelijke incheck, keurige nette en schone kamer douche en toilet. Van alle gemakken voorzien, zeker een aanrader voor stellen of alleen. Heerlijk slapen en wakker worden in het centrum van Leiden.

Lekker centraal gelegen hotel van waaruit je al je activiteiten kan plannen zonder ver te hoeven lopen. Mooie kamers met lift bereikbaar. Receptie gaf ons veel tips over de buurt, van wat er allemaal te doen is.

La reception non è presidiata dopo le 14, lasciando il check-in in balia di codici e di un meccanismo automatico. Quando poi c'è qualcuno, è inutilmente polemico fino a risultare sgradevole. Mancano stanze per 4 persone e le due che abbiamo avuto erano nulla più che ordinarie. L'ubicazione è buona perché centrale ma la strada su cui affacciavano le nostre camere è assai rumorosa la sera. Costo della colazione elevato ma apprezzabile la disponibilità di coffee facilities.

Je gaat voor de locatie en de goede bedden. Kleine kamer, geen kleerkast, kleine nachttafel. Douche heeft geen waterdruk, haarwassen is dus heel moeilijk of sta er heel lang onder...Ontbijt was ok maar niet meer dan dat.. er is wel een hele goede parking op voetafstand, aan de molen.

Reservering verloopt zeer goed, reactieve host. Werkt op bepaalde tijden op afstand met toegangspas, efficiënt en gebruiksvriendelijk. Een mooie kamer, heerlijk bed en douche. Alles superschoon. Thee op de kamer. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. De host was zeer vriendelijk en servicegericht. Parkeerplaats op korte afstand van het hotel, wel zo makkelijk. We komen zeker terug
