ホテルはライプツィヒ駅のすぐ近くにあり、電車でわずか 1 駅、徒歩わずか 10 分です。ただし、ホテルの入り口は特に分かりにくく、フロントは6階にあります。チェックインの際、市税11.9ユーロがかかると言われましたが、予約時は税込価格で表示されており、よくわかりませんでした。 設備はまあまあです。キッチン付きの部屋ですが、ベッドが少し狭いです。アメニティは忘れずに持ってきてください。部屋に歯ブラシや歯磨き粉はありません。

トラムの停留所のすぐ隣、素晴らしい部屋、すべてがきれいで、何よりも枕が2つありました！たくさんの来場者があったので、女の子たちはテーブルを片付けるためにやることがたくさんありましたが、おいしい朝食。

Great location and view. Full kitchen but no bathtub.

因為位置還不錯，所以多住了一晚，服務員的態度相當的差。詢問下非常的不耐煩。三晚完全沒有整理房間，連備品也不補。差。

Tolle, zentrale Lage. Am Anfang ist es ein bisschen merkwürdig, weil unten keine Rezeption ist. Man kommt rein und es sieht aus wie in einem Parkhaus. Aber davon darf man sich nicht verunsichern lassen, sobald man den Fahrstuhl verlässt, ist es toll!

Funky and hip. Close to Christmas Markets by foot. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and quirky cool in decoration. The hotel is a bit hard to find as there isn’t large signage, lobby on 6th floor.

The room was spacious with excellent facilities. The beds were really comfy and we had a great night's sleep! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a fantastic time.

A great place to stay at. Generous offers: eg free beverages (non alcoholic) in minibar, free coffee all day long in lounge area. Great modern suites. Everything perfect. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Good location but no internet signal in room—probably because room is located in another separate building.

I loved the style of the hotel. Our room (Suite M) was huge and had a beautiful view of Augustusplatz and the opera house. The little kitchen was useful and we made breakfast ourselves every morning. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning very effective. As other reviews note, there is some noise from the trams outside, more of a low rumble as the double glazing is very effective. I also noticed a strange buzzing sound in the room which I couldn’t locate, it did cause some disturbance. What let the hotel down was check-in and check-out. The staff tried to charge me for my stay, even though I paid in advance via **********. On check out, the receptionist asked for my room number, then very rudely proceeded to tell me that it was incorrect. I’m sorry, what?! I’ve just been staying in the room for 3 nights, I think I know what number it is. He argued that it was wrong and eventually I just had to leave. Such a shame as we had enjoyed our stay. I’d recommend the place for adventurous and low-maintenance guests who are happy to fend for themselves. If you want a good service experience, then this isn’t the hotel for you.
