Close to central station, amenities great. Entrance of the hotel with billiard, darts and games, perfect around the bar. Room was big and clean. Bed really comfortable. Shower big enough to fit 3! Would definitely recommend and book again

Das Hotelzimmer ist modern eingerichtet. Mir persönlich fehlte ein kleiner Kühlschrank und ein Kaffee/Teebereiter suf den Zimmern. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön, obwohl das Poolwasser ziemlich kühl ist. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit ist auch gut. Mich persönlich hat jedoch die extrem abgenutzte Bestuhlung im Speisebereich erschreckt. Solch ein Bestuhlung dem Gast zuzumuten ist frech von der Geschäftsführung. Das muss dringend abgeändert werden.

Alles bestens …. Im Schwimmbad waren allerdings alle Handtücher vergriffen und es wurden keine neuen bereitgestellt . Somit konnten wir es leider nicht nutzen

Great hotel. We really enjoyed staying here. Spacious room, good breakfast selection, and great ambiente. Wellness area is extremely enjoyable as well. I can't share the opinion I read in some other reviews regarding the pool: the water is not cold as somebody mentioned and the pool is large enough to swim and exercise. Unless other reviewers were Olympic swimmers who can go from one side to the other in a couple of strokes! For normal people it's more than enough. The only issue we experienced was with the check-in and check-out process. Only one person at the desk. In both cases we had to stand in line for 15 to 20 minutes. We were on vacation and it just ended up being annoying. But I often travel on business and I see how that could become an issue.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our room was okay but the carpet needed cleaning. There is a disco in the reception hall during the evening which is very loud and intrusive. The pool, sauna and gymnasium are very good. Breakfast was okay but not the best we have eaten. The coffee was weak and most of the food lacked flavour apart from the fresh fruit salad.

Stayed at this hotel a few years ago and standards have dropped very badly. Greeted by friendly staff in reception, made our way to the rooms which have not been updated in years , terrible beds and pillows . Smell of dogs throughout the hotel especially in the lifts , my Wife drinks de caf coffee which could not be got for the duration of our stay , one of the staff informed us it has been unavailable for months . In the leisure area there was no towels , we rang reception but waited for 30 minutes and still no towels . The air conditioning is non existent! Being English I expected at least one or two channels on tv but not one . Our last night there we had been sight seeing all day and fancied some room service with a glass of wine , we were informed there was no room service available, hard to believe in a hotel !!! There was not even a la carte in the bar/restaurant, all was available was a buffet which looked like something served in a youth hostel . I can safely say we will not be returning here , it’s absolutely shambolic !

We have never stayed in the Penta hotels before. We liked it so much, I became a "friend of Penta" thank you for the lovely stay

Had a nice stay, the check in and check out were fast, got upgraded to a higher room category, the room was great.
