ルクラン ホテル ＆ スパ(LeCrans)

We stayed at one of the 3 Luxurious apartments at LeCrans Hotel and Spa. The apartment had 3 bedrooms, all with a fantastic view of the mountains. This hotel is located almost at the top of the mountain. However, the hotel provides you with free transport within the Crans-Montana area in one of their luxurious Mercedes cars. If you are in a group of 3 people or more they have a small Mercedes bus, they also use that bus in case you have a lot of luggage. They have an S-Class Mercedes car as well for transport within Crans-Montana to the hotel. We used both cars during our stay and the driver "Rayan" is one of the kindest people you can meet there. We had some nice conversations with Rayan and I have high respect for his decent attitude and I recommend his company a lot. On arrival, we were welcomed by Giovanna "head of guest relations". She was very down to earth and she accompanied us to the apartment and explained everything in detail. I forgot to mention that I was welcomed with a hot refreshing small towel to balance the cold. That was a nice touch actually. What I liked the most in this hotel was the brilliant views of the mountains where the snow has covered literally everything. I took some pictures from my room and the terras where you can see and feel what I mean haha. I also liked swimming in the heated outside pool where the water temperature was around 35 degrees, the snow was falling which added an extra pleasure to my moment. It was a nice feeling and I can't describe it in some words. The breakfast was served in a restaurant with a view to the mountains too. There is an option to have your breakfast ordered to your room but we preferred to have our breakfast in the restaurant. The chef was nice and smiley. We ate a delicious breakfast. In general, I can rate this experience as one of the most unique travels I have ever had. Everything was perfectly designed and in every corner of the apartment there was a touch of beauty. Le Crans was the best experience during our whole trip in Europe. Everything was simply perfect. The accommodations including the hotel's whatsapp account and the shuttle service were extremely convenient and made us want to come back. The staff in particular was outstanding. Everyone including Giovanna was extremely professional and kind, they made our memory in+image of Switzerland perfect. Definitely going to revisit. Beautiful place, even more beautiful people with beautiful souls.

Me and my husband stayed 3 nights at LeCrans, we loved everything about it, the room was amazing, the view, service, dinner at the restaurant, and they provide a car sevice to take you to the village that takes a few minutes by car from the hotel.

This hotel has the most excellent, dedicated and pro-active staff! They paid full attention to every of our needs. The suite felt as having your own chalet in the mountains with beautiful views. We stayed for five nights in low season in a junior suite.

we had the most wonderful holiday vacation at LeCrans hotel. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The facility is classy and the staff is most helpful and courteous. Food at LeMontBlanc is excellent and our children enjoyed their kids special every night! This is a magical place you have to experience!

Now that's luxury ! Obviously the place is gorgeous, the rooms have great amenities and beautiful views, the spa is breathtaking and very well taken care of but the staff is above everything else. From the Chauffeur (Ryan) to the Reception (Laurence, Stéphan, Renaud) and to the Housekeeping (Nilsa), everyone we encountered is welcoming, kind and caring, delivering the best service. It was an honor meeting the General Manager who came to introduce herself and a special mention to Giovanna for her warmth and for being on top of everything, she is the definition of service at its finest.

It was a very unique experience, with a very nice room interior, panoramic view terrace, exceptional food with artistic presentation as well as a very friendly staff!! The spa and its pool have really nice details and calm atmosphere.

The best hotel service I’ve personally experienced. The hotel paid full attention to every of our needs to drive us to the cable car stations, restaurants, equipment rental shop, everywhere we need to go (and also pick us up) Rooms are nice and cozy, bed is so comfortable, restaurant is with a great view just that the food menu is was bit limited But highly recommend! Best experience ever!

Loved this beautiful hotel. It was like a Swiss chalet with wooden walls and floors. The staff was incredible, so attentive to all our wants. My best part was the food. Every bite exquisite. Complements to the chef! The spa was also delicious and they have a variety of services offered. Will certainly recommend this hotel, in fact, I already did.
