Everything in the mansion was incredible, from the reception, the food, the stay, the rooms are beautiful and the service in general is friendly and spectacular. I would definitely go back.

The hotel was an amazing experience, it has great and beautiful architecture and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would really stay there again.

It was a good experience. We felt very comfortable and very well cared for by the staff at all times. The breakfast was delicious! We will be back soon

My husband and I arrived at Mansion Borbon last night Sep. 13, 2022 at 10:15PM. The building was completely dark and the entrance gate was closed. I rang the bell and a sound system replied in Spanish “no response.” I tried again with the same result. I called the number in Google Maps, again no response. I went into the hotel website, called the number there, a person directed me to the “exit” gate, which was also closed, but that someone would open for us. After 10 minutes waiting and another 2 unsuccessful phone calls requesting the same to the same person, we decided to go to another hotel. I expect not to be charged as a “no show,” considering that in this case it was the hotel which was a “no show.”

I usually don’t write a review when i’m still in the hotel but this place and it’s staff deserve it now. My husband and I travel extensively and very few places wow us- this place wowed us. Honestly it felt like we were home. The staff doesn’t go above and beyond, they aim even higher. If you ever find yourself in León, there is no other hotel to even be considered.

This felt as close to home as we’ve found in a very long time. The staff is beyond exceptional and there is truly not a need/want that they won’t meet. If you’re coming to León to stay anywhere else would be a HUGE mistake.

Este lugar es una maravilla, muy bonitas las habitaciones y lo que mas me encanto es la habitación principal ya que es muy hermosa y la fachada increíblemente te remonta a una época de los 40´s, simplemente me encanto, decoración muy impactante, un delicioso desayuno en el restaurante

Muy bonito lugar con una arquitectura francesa , las habitaciones con muchos detalles que se aprecian, el hotel tiene una alberca exclusiva para los huéspedes, el desayuno que se incluye en el hospedaje de lo mejor , sin duda una bonita experiencia qued**** en esta mansión.
