Our stay at Domaine de Manville was truly exceptional from the first moment of arrival until the property faded in our rear view mirror. We stayed with our four children, ages 3-10, in a three bedroom villa. The property is beautiful, and the location was a great base for us to explore the region by car. The food at breakfast and the Michelin star restaurant were superb (the bistrot was just okay). What set our time apart was the attention from the staff. Everyone that we talked to: Gael, Lisa, and especially Jean-Luc, went above and beyond to make our stay easy and unforgettable... and forget it we shall not. We truly loved our time here; this stay will be tough to beat!

Amazing estate in a wonderful location. Excellent food in both the gastronomic and bistro restaurants, not to mention a very welcoming and professional staff. Definitely recommended!

We stayed at Domaine de Manville in September 2023 and had a wonderful 3-night visit. We later planned a return to Provence for September 2024 and reserved 4-nights at the Domaine. We did so knowing that our first visit might have been wonderful by luck and that a return might “regress” to a more mundane experience. But no -- our second visit was even better! Our room was large, beautiful, and meticulously maintained. The grounds were as beautiful as we remembered and the bar/lounge area just as impossible to resist as in 2023. The Concierge went above and beyond to help us plan day trips and to arrange transportation for dinners in St. Remy. And the courteous, welcoming staff at the Michelin-starred restaurant served us truly memorable food and wine. St. Remy and its charms and amenities were close by. We have stayed at other fine hotels near Les Baux and enjoyed them, but Domaine de Manville has been by far the best.

This was a simply outstanding experience with superb staff. Nothing was too much effort and there was a genuine feeling of welcome.

Beautiful location and beautiful facilities. Staff bends over backwards to please. Excellent restaurants and a great place to decompress.

It's a lovely hotel and property but the lack of good customer relations let the place down badly. There was a 4 day private event before we arrived and we were told that the large DJ set up, next to the pool, would be removed prior to 3pm (check in time). At 7pm they were still taking it down and loudly. Our afternoon by the pool was spoilt. No apology or even any attempt to compensate guests (e.g free drinks). After 3 complaints and full payment of the bill they produced a 50% discount on another stay for one night next year, which cost them nothing as we have no plans to go back. The room was nice. The thumping music from the bar area all day does not help either if you are trying to relax. We ate in the gastronomic restaurant for dinner; we enjoyed the occasion of it all.; the food was innovative and well presented but the menus was limited (eg no meat other than pigeon). Very expensive for what it is (Euro 380 for 2 with modest wine). Needs better customer orientated attitude.
