Very good service from the front desk even though we are only staying for one night. 向样，小何 & 杨淋 really try their best to satisfy their customers and make them feel at home. We got upgraded to a river view room and the view was fantastic! As our train is only departing near to 5pm, we requested for a late check out. To my surprise, they really did their best to accommodate and we only checked out at 3.30pm. A big thank you for their gracious accomodation to our request 👍👍👍 Highly recommended to stay there.

This hotel is a real gem. We arrived 8:00 in the morning, way way before the official check-in time which was around 15:00. Regardless, the hotel staff greeted us incredibly warmly and offered us a different (and bigger, might I add) room, because the one that was dedicated to us wasnt ready. The room was spacious, very clean and modern. We were highly satisfied. The staff, as mentioned before, was very friendly, very professional and highly forthcoming. Every time one of us passed a staff employee on our way out they kept standing up from their chair and smiling warmly/greeting us. Never seen anything like his before. I cannot emphasise enough how good this hotel is. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommended.

酒店在美食街上，樓下很多吃的，但是應該都是外地遊客來吃的又貴又不好吃，酒店對面就是大佛，都能看到，房間不大，洗漱台沒有在衞生間裏面，旁邊就是床，洗漱的時候會把地面弄濕，空調製冷效果可以，就是聲音很大，淋浴間沒有置物架放沐浴液那些， 前台小妹人很好，其中一天房型訂錯，免費幫忙升級了

The room is very clean, front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient to anywhere especially if you’re a fans of China actor Dylan Wang because his dad’s shop is just 30 seconds away from this hotel. Also, there are a lot of food nearby here.

ここは峨眉山への旅行中に最もよく眠れたホテルでもあります。景色の良いエリアにあり、楽山大仏景区に行くのに便利なシャトルバスがあります。ホテルのティールームとスタッフのサービスは賞賛に値します。地図の案内や温かい赤ちゃんのサービスもあり、これは広東人がここに来るときに最も必要としているものかもしれません。とても安らかに眠れます。私と親友は、よく眠りたいならこれが正しい選択だということで意見が一致しました。朝食は悪くありませんでしたが、ホテルの写真をたくさん撮ったのは私自身の美学に基づいていたのかもしれません。

Great service and very clean hotel. Hotel receptionists number 7 and 12 were extremely helpful. Even help me order food delivery.

部屋はとても広く、静かな環境です。最も印象的なのは、部屋に洗濯機があり、滅菌済みであることをゲストに知らせる注意書きが付いていることです。ホテルで洗濯機を使う勇気がなかった私にとって、洗濯後の乾燥はフロントが担当してくれるので、湿気が多いのでこのサービスはよかったです。洗濯機も比較的小さいので、私は数日間歩いて街を旅し、たくさんの洗濯物を保存して、女性を洗濯しました。フロントデスクは辛抱強く乾燥を手伝ってくれました。フロントデスクの女性の忍耐強いサービスを称賛します。ホテルの四川料理の朝食もとても美味しいです。楽山大仏まで徒歩10分と超近いです。

The hotel is vibrant and give positive energy. The breakfast was not bad. Everything was good, but the hotel is far away from food street where as they advertised it close. I guess it is around 4.5 kms away. Secondly, there was bad smell in the wash room probably due to drainage. If we keep this 2 things aside , it was comfortable.

第一次住希爾頓，不錯的入住體驗。到樂山的時間比較早沒到入住時間，前台也給辦理了入住。前台還有旅遊小攻略可以去拿。酒店緊鄰萬達，去其他地方打車很方便，到了下午到午夜一直都很熱鬧，鞠婆婆綿綿冰 英子油炸 馮四孃翹腳牛肉 九九豆腐腦都在酒店隔壁，很方便。
