This hotel was clean but it is showing its age. It could use a little refresh. The location is not that close to find food options. I found the neighborhood to be not family friendly.

I love this property, beds and rooms are great. Front desk staff is so kind. However the parking isn't great, just not enough. We happen to stay during a hockey tournament weekend and they were out of control in the hallways

Convenient nice place to stay when i need to stay over in the city. Would recommend.

The property was very clean and in a great location for food and shopping. The staff was friendly, professional and the room was as advertised.

Front staff were very friendly and professional. The housekeeping however was not great. Left notes and a tip to ask for extra towels / coffee / cups etc - nothing extra was left behind. Asked one day (with a note again) for new sheets as the top bed cover was dirty from snow.. not done. Staying 7 days should automatically just register to have the sheets changed without asking during the stay.

Facility was nice However it was you staff that made it outstanding. Professional and helpful

Great staff and facilities, however, we were pulling a cargo trailer and had to unhitch and park separately from the truck.

Check in was slow .... much too slow. Only one person dealing with check in and with guest issues. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Room lighting needs attention. Cool blue lighting. Warm white would be much more comfortable. Breakfast was basic manufactured microwaved sausage and egg patties. Great coffee though.
