環境清潔，服務人員親切，亮點是免費Shuttle Bus，送到車站或碼頭，非常有助於探索五漁村。Levanto 個人覺得是五漁村區域最適合的住宿點，同時兼具火車及渡輪的便利，沒五漁村的人多，沒La Spezia 的庸俗繁雜。

Pleasant hotel, with large rooms, good pool/spa Room was very large, spacious and cleaned daily with a patio. Location was good, a short walk or shuttle ride from train station and town centre/beach. Views of the hills are very picturesque. Shuttle bus is very handy and on call regularly. Pool and spa are very nice, massages available upon request. Breakfast was good, inside or on the patio. Reception service was slow and slightly painful, especially upon arrival and when requesting a taxi, decor was slightly dated, but overall lacked the €500+ per night value for money, didn't really feel like staff went the extra mile to understand their guests unfortunately!

Currently here with my teenage son. We have had the most incredible stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The shuttle bus will pick you up from the train station and the lovely town. The hotel is ammaculately clean and the food delicious. It is perfect the gateway to cinque terre, but away from the hustle and bustle to relax by the pool after a day exploring. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely fantastic. Staff were top notch and attentive to our needs. Lost power due to thunderstorms and yet provided an amazing breakfast Rose to the occasion with complete calm and professionalism. Did not want to leave and for sure will return. 100% recommend.

This is the perfect place to stay to visit Cinque Terre. It has a shuttle bus to take you to the train or down into Levanto. The train was easy access to the five towns of Cinque Terre. If you wish you can walk to the train station quickly but it is not an easy walk, more like a hike. This property was our favorite out of our seven hotels in Italy. The grounds were exceptionally landscaped and the pool was very welcoming after walking and hiking the towns all day. Breakfast was delicious with everything you could possibly want to eat and drink. This property is amazing! There is even a small beach in the town to swim at.

We stayed for 15 nights - using the hotel as our base for visiting north ANDsouth of Levanto. I have never been in a cleaner hotel - it was spotless. We often walked to town or the train station - but the shuttle was great and we never waited more than 5 minutes. Herve/Giuseppe were fantastic and assisted us several times when planned day trips almost went off the rails. The employees are wonderful, breakfasts had everything you could want, and the dinners were a great intro to Ligurian cuisine. Would stay here again!!!!

We stayed here for 5 nights in August and cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and its staff! We're a family of 4, with two small children, and although we booked a treble room with an extra bed, our room was actually effectively a 2 bedroom suite, which was amazing - loads of space, and the room was immaculate. The breakfast was fantastic, loads of options and served by very friendly and helpful staff, and the wider facilities were great - we didn't use the spa but the pool is great, perfect for unwinding in the heat after spending time sightseeing. The management were great, very helpful with tips for sightseeing in the Cinque Terre etc, and very friendly, patient and welcoming to our children - the hotel was family-friendly even though there weren't many young families staying there. Location-wise, the hotel is just up the hill from the main town of Levanto, about a 10 minute walk although they run a free shuttle service to/from the town if you don't want to do the walk - we found we didn't mind it, especially strolling down the hill into town for dinner in the evening. That said, the management did kindly arrange for the shuttle to run earlier than normal on our last day in order for us to get to the train station for an early train.

The hotel staff at the Park Hotel Argento is extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us great advice and tips about what to see, where to go, and how to take advantage of their free shuttle service to go back and forth into downtown Levanto. It is an easy walk down the hill, but on a hot day or with luggage, the shuttle is the best way to get back to the peaceful quiet of the hotel. The staff spoke fluent English, French, and Italian of course. Same for the super friendly restaurant staff. Breakfast was great with all sorts of bread, cheese, fruit, cereal, homemade cakes… Dinners were excellent too. The pool is very nice, the beds were comfortable. Our stay in Levanto (which is a great base if you want to visit the cinque Terre sites) was so enjoyable, and the Park Hotel Argento played a big role. We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice hotel near cinque terre. Shuttle is very much appreciated and the pool is a must for hot days like we had. Staff is exceptional. Great hotel with lovely breakfast
