When he first got to the room, half of the lights didn’t work. But the worst part about it was the fire alarm started beeping at 5 o’clock in the morning, and nobody could fix it till after 8 o’clock.

Always a great place to stay. Only negatives are that the age of the rooms are evident and all the kids that are always running down the hallways. Which makes sense with all the activities going on next door! Will stay here every time we can!

Friendly staff, nice roll-in shower for handicap accessibility. Loved the hot tub! Breakfast was decent.

The property was good it was close to the areana and ****** i have no real complaints. Just minor issues like the toilet was loose and the room smelled a little musty but all in all decent place breakfast was good and there was plenty of parking.

Very nice hotel, convenient and safe location. My kids and I enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet.

I picked this hotel for its convenience off of I80 while traveling from CO to IN for the holidays. I was willing to pay a little more to stay here than cheaper options around Omaha and Council Bluffs due to the reviews of the cheaper hotels in the area of them not being good in various things. Check in was easy and they accommodated us with adjoining rooms as requested. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was a good selection of items and easy checkout through text. The only complaint I have is in one of the rooms, the toilet was not attached well to the floor so it moved every time you sat on it. We would stay here again.

It was a last minute on the road Chris**as Eve booking and it could not have been a better place. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. The place was fresh and clean. Good coffee and tea after a long ride and nice comfy beds and pillows. Morning breakfast was also good before we hit the road again.

Everything overall was great except ONE thing, and that was the vending machine only took card on our floor.
