It was a nice little get away

The place was run down. Pictures online aren’t what it was. Toilet wasn’t connected to the floor. Walls were moldy and painted over. Not worth the money.

I read a lot of bad reviews and was worried. I've never checked out grout before! It's not any worse than at my house. The jetted tub was huge and worked great. The bed was soft, maybe that's why people thought it sagged? I slept well. The pool and jacuzzi were both open and working, but I didn't use them. I had trouble turning the TV off when I wanted to sleep (called front desk = switch on the back of TV) and couldn't get the DirecTV to come back on the next day (someone from front desk came in and got it working). The breakfast room was nice, I had scrambled eggs, sausage and a bagel. There were apples and yogurts and cereal there, too. Overall it was a normal hotel experience.

Very clean room and hotel! Good variety of restaurants near by. Area is semi-walkable.

The hotel was overall clean and quiet, and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. BUT the hotel was a bit run down, obvious work down but cheap upgrades, the caulk around the tub was globby and paint was rubbing off the walls. The pool and hot tub was broke down- we picked the hotel because it had an indoor pool and we paid extra for a room with a jetted tub. The jets did not work, the knobs on the tub were removed and there was a switch on the wall but it did not work either.

Our room was nice, big and clean. They upgraded our room cause we had to wait to check in. The lady working at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Close to all kinds of stuff. Definitely would stay there again

The stay was a disappoin**ent. The room that we stayed was dirty with lots of stains. I addressed this issue to the staff, she asked to ignore it because they might have forgotten to clean them from previous guests. The room we stayed was near the exit door. We could hear people walked in and out the place in the middle of nights until at least 3AM!! We didn't get proper sleeps.

I became very sick the morning of check in. I wasn't able to cancel. And refund my money.

Front desk lady was a delight after a long road trip. Quick and easy check in. Room was quiet bed comfortable. Just a few stains on carpet and a few cob webs but other than that we were pleased. Good selection for the breakfast. Would stay here again.
