OTTIMO HOTEL ,UN ' PO CARO ,MA CON SERVIZI TOP . ORMAI CI TORNO DA 2 ANNI PIÙ VOLTE D'ESTATE X BREVI MA INTENSI SOGGIORNI. UN PLAUSO ALLA PROFESSIONALITÀ DI ARIANA. ANCHE RISTORANTE BAMBU TOP. HO ABBINATO AL PIATTO DI PESCE BUONISSIMO, 1 FRANCIACORTA SCONOSCIUTO "LA GERLA" MA STRATOSFERICAMENTE BUONO . BRAVI NEL CERCARE QUALITÀ POCO CONOSCIUTE MA CHE MERITANO.

We stayed at this hotel in late May. First impressions were great, we had to check in late due to road closures from the floods around Ravenna and staff on the phone were patient and assured us they would wait for us. At this time of year, the reception closes around 9-10pm. The hotel was pretty deserted for our stay of three nights, the same for Lido da Savio in general. Restaurants and shops not open May 22nd. Too early in the season? Or maybe an apocalypse that one one told us about? We drove a mile or two to get food one of the evenings. The suite, a fronte mare suite, facing the sea, was immaculate and we were impressed with all of the decor. We made a special request for hypoallergenic provisions, which were met and the room had not a speck of dust. We were very happy with this. We had asked for the sofa bed to be made up with linen, we learned of this through other reviews, before we stayed, that there would be an extra charge as we were under occupancy for a room for four being a party of two. Something to be aware of. The toiletries were nice quality. We also paid extra €20 a day for the kitchenette, the amenities to cook with were the absolute minimum. One wooden spoon, one pan, two plates, two forks etc etc. You can re heat food, use the microwave, gas job, fridge and sink, but attempt much more due to lack of equipment. We paid primarily to use the larger fridge. We ate in the restaurant, the service was exceptional. The waiter was extremely helpful translating for us. Probably the best service in Italy from him. The food was nice, but overpriced for the portion sizes. We did have breakfast one morning, a strange system of ordering the night before, the homemade apple cake was delicious. There was the option of having breakfast without pre ordering. Not sure how that works or how the choices would have varied as we didn’t choose this option. What we did not like, was the fact the air con was faulty for our stay. Out of three nights, successful sleep was managed for only one night. At first we thought it was due to main computer programming as a staff member tried to arrange for us to control the air con ourselves on morning two when we said we had been far too hot. When this failed, when I emailed a formal complaint after we got home, we were told that the pump had broken, so this was the reason the thermostat could not be controlled at all, by us or the Hotel. Yes we could have opened the door, there was a nice sea breeze, but with Mosquitoes this didn’t seem like the best option. We got nasty bites as it was. Unfortunately, we left the hotel extremely tired and a little upset and disappointed. Such a shame, as otherwise it would have been a good stay. A bottle of water was given as recompense. We have to say, all of the staff were wonderful, very professional, very friendly. The hotel is beautifully decorated. It feels luxurious. We have been to a few beach towns in Italy and enjoyed them, however this hotel elevates the experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially Arjana. The room was perfect. The best part is the ambiance around the pool and beach that transport you to a place of peace and luxury.

We came at the end of the summer season, the sea view rooms are very large and nice with good balcony, directly on the sea. The beach is well kept with very large beach/beds where you can lay down and be very private fronm other people around you. Breakfast is also very good and served in the sea/fromt lounge, quite enjoable. we did not test the restauarant as we were out every evening visitng surroundings. Services like massage, mini bar, beach services are a bit on the expensive side. Personnel kind and professional

Abbiamo deciso di fare il pranzo di Pasqua in questo locale attratti dalla presenza di un gruppo musicale che seguiamo da sempre, aime' non ero al corrente della precaria qualita' della cucina e del servizio! Le foto della location sono molto belle ed invitanti, rimandano ad una qualita' e una raffinatezza che assicuro non esserci . Ci siamo seduti alle 13.30 , ci hanno portato immediatamente gli antipasti, peccato che fino alle 15.45 non si sia visto piu' nessuno, locale completamente in panne per poco piu' di 100 persone , da cui avevano avuto persino un bonifico a titolo di prenotazione.... Come potevano non essere pronti???? Per quel poco che ho mangiato devo dire la qualita' era davvero pessima , non rispecchia assolutamente l'immagine del locale che pubblicizzano .... La verità' e' che il tutto mi e? parso "VORREI MANON POSSO" Il conto? amaro come le cozze degli gnocchi che ci hanno servito . Per fortuna gli Smoma ci hanno allietato con la loro musica e allegria .

Location unica nel suo genere, ottimi i servizi e lo staff pronto ad accoglierti al meglio. Il risveglio è la cosa più bella, conviene quasi puntare la sveglia perchè l'alba è qualcosa di unico, più Vistamare di così non si può!!! Abbiamo già prenotato per passar altri tre giorni a Giugno!

Esperienza che non ripeterò in quanto l’hotel e i servizi offerti non sono più all’altezza di qualche anno fa e delle 4 stelle. L’impressione è quella di una struttura che ha vissuto vecchi fasti. Camera comfort e bagno di dimensioni modeste.. forse da 3 stelle anche un po’ regalate. Colazione servita in camera con prodotti scadenti ed industriali ..consumata sul letto in quanto non avremmo saputo dove altrimenti. Deprimente deludente e angosciante. Avvallo una precedente recensione : se in bassa stagione non riuscite a dare il servizio meglio che non teniate aperto. Per quanto riguarda la posizione .. siamo a Lido di Savio quindi non è proprio idilliaco.

Quattro stelle esagerate, non sarà estate ma se una struttura rimane aperta nel periodo invernale, il livello deve essere sempre adeguato altrimenti conviene essere chiusi. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo, suite lato mare, con un bagno al limite del 3 stelle, aspiratore bisognoso di manutenzione, non bastano i lampadari Fendi a fare la differenza, tv solo sulla zona ingresso, un coccodrillo di legno in balcone insignificante, idromassaggio da curare, sia negli accessori delle sedute, che nell’appoggio. Zona d’ingresso Hall, bisognosa di manutenzione, note positive sicuramente la posizione direttamente sul mare ma il costo non ne vale la pena c’è molto da scegliere a quei prezzi. Colazione in questo periodo solo in camera e come direbbe Barbieri bocciata, non in orario e caffè freddo. Sicuramente le foto rendono molto più della realtà. Peccato

Location fantastica, servizio di classe, piatti ottimi e ben curati. Un soggiorno eccellente. La vista sul mare contornato da un ambiente ricercato crea un atmosfera unica Sarà metà di tantissime altre visite.
