Hotel ls ideally located in old town, ideal for exploring it. Premises has well maintained garden, rooms are spacious and well kept. Breakfast buffet is nice. Front desk people are very welcoming and helpful, especially “ Xiaoyu “ she organized out trips to snow mountain and Lijiang romance theatre show, her brother even drive us to the show. she made our stay very comfortable, we highly recommend this hotel. We will return again .

Incredible stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make my hotel stay memorable. They have an outdoor cinema every night at 19:30. Only downside is the hotel is very noisy until around 23:00 at night and limited breakfast options for foreigners. 5 minute walk to Shuhe Ancient Town. Beautiful rooftop views and clean, beautiful environment and gardens.

Xitian Yueshang Inn (Alice In Wonderland inn): The hotel in Lijiang was a pretty and cosy spot. On arrival at the hotel, Xiao Xiao was asked to help translate for me. She shared her wechat, answered any queries even late in the day and guided me right through my stay. She showed me areas for a great meal and desserts and told me interesting things to do in the area and helped make the reservations. All the other staff were also kind and helpful. This really made my stay worthwhile and want to share my experience. Hope to be back again soon!

This hotel is one of the few hotels that can be parked in the Shuhe ancient town. All of the hotel staff are very kind and upgraded our room despite the peak season. The room and bathroom are very spacious and the balcony also is incomparably spacious. The hotel introduced me to a traditional Lijiang restaurant, and it was the best Chinese food I ever had. If I visit Lijiang again next time, of course I will stay at this hotel again. Thank you for your kindness and warm hospitality.

This hotel was right outside Shuhe ancient town (which is more authentic and quieter than Lijiang ancient town). We got a snow Mountain room that had a lovely enclosed balcony with a view of the mountain. Great bathroom and very spacious. The outdoor areas were fun for kids to play in and the staff was nice. Breakfast was basic and one day they ran out of food, but the aunts quickly made us some delicious noodles. We enjoyed our stay here.

We booked the room facing snow mountain, but on arrival they give some different room, we insisted to change the room and then give us a room which we booked. Room was very badly stinking, we asked for room fresher spray. No wardrobe to hang the clothes and no refrigerator as given in amenities. Breakfast is simple but good. Reception staff is ok and was trying to help us. Overall stay was average.

Great hotel, location right in the ancient town. Peaceful and quiet in December.
