We spent two days here. The rooms are all clean. Good location. Less than 1 km from the old town. Good choice of breakfast. Highly recommended.

Ibis is the best hotel during my Yunnan trip. I am impressed of the excellent service from their staff. Thank you so much to Ms Yang (小楊）as she really shown good service to each of customer even extend her service to monitor and arrange the washing n drying clothing. She really sincere to offer help for anything we asked. Really appreciate her help during my stay. Most of the staff are helpful too include 小和and one Chinese guy support night shift.. he helped me to register Ibis membership, however due to some technical issue unable to make it but he still offer good breakfast to us. Besides that the guy call 保安prepared the free cocktails to us, he is friendly and helpful. Excellent job done by the staff as we really enjoyed my stay for 2 nights. I will definitely recommend to others if anyone would like to stay in Lijiang. Hotel provide breakfast, free washing/drying clothing and free cocktails from 8pm to 10pm. Very nice designed and good environment at lobby area. Clean room and comfortable bed. They also have robot to help to deliver drink direct to the room. Thanks again to the Ibis staff and keep up your good job ！You are the best team !

Hotel is conveniently located with many local shops in the neighborhood. There is a nice bakery shop around the corner that sells a great variety of buns, crossiant and cakes, a great option for breakfast. The Old Town is abt 15 mins walk away and a ride costs less than 8RMB!. Hotel is very clean and water is instantly hot. The room gives a modern vibe with its decor, quite a contrast to its exterior. The front desk is super friendly and helpful. Our stay here upon arrival at Lijiang was so satisfactory that we decided to return to stay here after a few days trip out of Lijiang. I hope my coming stay at Ibis at Kunming will not be a disappointment!

My family and I were staying in Ibis Lijiang hotel on 23-25 DEC 2023. First of all, the front line staff are polite and helpful. They are nice to room guests and always ready to help. They were helping me to operate the washing machine which provided free of charge by the hotel. The hotel also provide free cooktail drink to all guests which is an extra points. The room is clean and spacious and housekeeping is done perfectly every day. Ibis Lijiang hotel is near to PERFECT for me.If you ask me to give an opinion to improve the services. I would suggest to improve the variety of the breakfast. I would definitely to stay in Ibis Lijiang if I visit Lijiang again.

The location is very convenient with 2 Mrt Stations. The counter 2 young man are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to solve a lot problems. I will choose this hotel again if I back to Kuming.

Very bad experience, please RUN from this hotel, there are nicer hotels nearby with better price offered. Sound insulation very poor, car honks very loud especially the ambulance siren sound because the hospital is just 50m away from the hotel. My family and I cannot even have a good sleep for all the nights we stayed at Ibis Lijiang hotel. We can even hear drunk people quarreling every night, nightmares! The whole hotel residents are sharing 1 washing machine. You will have to wait until the late late night until your turn to use it. Worst thing is there are people who take out your half-washed clothes and simply put it aside, just because they are struggling and fighting for the ONLY ONE machine. 很差的体验，请绕道走！隔音很差，尤其是附近便是医院，半夜发出的救护车声音以及那些经过酒店的车的车鸣声真的会大大地影响睡眠质量。在这里住的这几天都没好好地睡一觉。半夜还能听见醉汉吵架的声音，简直是噩梦！ 整间酒店的住客共享一架洗衣机。我们去的时候正是丽江的旅游淡季，尽管如此，我们仍然须要等到大半夜才轮到我们洗衣。最恐怖的是会有一些大爷和阿姨为了快速用上洗衣机，会把你洗到一半的衣服拿出来放一旁。

Location - Very convenient. 5 min walk from airport bus stop. 7 min walk to the main(west) gate. A lot of restaurants around the hotel. Room - Very clean and modern. Exceed expectations on the Ibis franchise standard. - Free laundry services are also beneficial. Hotel staff - Very kind and always smiling. Trying to help anything. - Perfect tour guide. Recommend to book tours at hotel conceirge. My plan was to stay in the old city after the first night but due to all above, I stayed 5 nights extending my stay :) Also recommend to foreigners.

A very good hotel : functional, clean and comfortable. Very friendly, helpful and obliging staff. Good buffet breakfast. Location ideal, a 10 min walk to the bustling ancient town. Strongly recommended.

The reception staff are helpful and friendly. Cleanliness of the room needs improvement and the hotel should increase the laundry facilities… only one washer and dryer is highly inadequate.

Hotel location is great - 10 minutes walk east the old town, 10 minutes walk north to the airport shuttle stop, 15 minutes cycle ride south to the long-distance bus station. Service could be better. It took 3 personnel and 10-15 minutes to submit my passport details for check-in, and none of the staff offered a drink, snack or seat while I waited. It had been a long day already and some pleasantries on arrival would be appreciated. After I handed my passport to one staff member, a minute or so later he asked if it was a passport. And later, when I'd sat down, he asked where I was from. Clearly this information is on the cover of the document I had just presented, so these questions seemed futile. Eventually, I was handed a room key, no further information provided i.e. breakfast time, WiFi password, amenities. I understand it's a simple hotel and I'm not paying for 5* service, but some regular guest service should be expected. Anyway, hotel lobby and restaurant are nice, looks new, room is very comfortable and clean. TV options limited because you have to pay unless you cast from a device. Room had tea, water, and the usual toiletries. Breakfast started being laid out at 7 and finished preparation at 7:30. Breakfast was complimtary with my booking, and selection was fine, but I wouldn't pay extra for it.
