とても良い経験でした。部屋は美しい景色、充実した室内設備、豊富なサポートアイテム、優れたサービスとスタッフのフレンドリーな態度、豊富でおいしい食事。麗江に来た時は天候の都合で4680には乗れませんでしたが、ホワイトハウスでの素晴らしい経験がその悔しさを埋め合わせてくれたと言えるので、次回の滞在を楽しみにしています。

写真を撮るだけなら大丈夫、大きな窓の外の景色は良い、他はごく普通、バスタブがガタガタ、シャワーを浴びて立ち上がると落ちそうで怖い

Best place that I’ve ever stayed in. Customer service is superb . Staff are friendly , polite and extremely helpful . They provide free meal from breakfast to supper . They offer taxi from hotel to ancient town and offer pick up and drop off from airport inclusive too . The view from my room window is extremely WOW (photo attached below).They also offer fee spa massage during your stay which is a big bonus . Overall simply the best stay experience that I ever had in my life . Highly recommended.

Even before we reached the hotel, they reached out to inquire if we needed assistance traveling from Dali, showcasing their commitment to guest comfort. Upon arrival, we encountered an issue with paying our driver, but the hotel staff and manager stepped in personally to resolve it, ensuring the driver was paid and allowing us to settle with the hotel directly. This kind of hands-on, problem-solving service was truly remarkable and reflective of their par-excellence standards. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of thoughtful design and customer care. The room amenities were top-notch, meticulously curated to enhance the guest experience, demonstrating the management’s attention to detail. The floor-to-ceiling windows in our room offered breathtaking views of Dragon Lake reflecting the majestic Snow Dragon Mountain, with the serene surrounding nature elevating the experience to another level. Even our bathtub provided a stunning view, adding a touch of luxury and tranquility to our stay. Every staff member was courteous, professional, and eager to assist, whether it was arranging local excursions, recommending dinners and restaurants, booking spa sessions, or scheduling a photoshoot. Their coordination and professionalism were next-level, making every moment of our stay seamless and enjoyable. Despite the language barrier, as I don’t speak Chinese, the staff bridged this gap effortlessly, ensuring clear communication and making us feel completely at ease. This level of care and coordination is rare and deserves high praise. Our time at Bantang·White House was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding work—thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

The service was top-notch. Arrived at the hotel and was assisted to bring my luggage up to the room. The view from the room was spectacular. It came with a photoshoot session, 40min spa, buffet and free transport service to ancient town. I recommend this place for couples, it’s definitely worth paying for it. Views from the hotel was eye opening too.

A designer hotel with superb view of the snow mountain and lake of qingxi garden. 20min drive to bai sha old city. Hotel provides drinks & snacks the whole day, including breakfast to supper, making up the lack of amentities around the area.

The location is out of no where.... if you are looking for action, this is not the place. Other than that, everything else is more than perfect. It is once in a life time hotel if you get the right room. Services are over the top.

This hotel offered one of the best services I have experienced in China so far. There was free pickup from the airport, plenty of meals and snacks included throughout the whole stay. We even got a free room upgrade with an absolutely stunning view of Yulong snow mountain. The staff were very attentive and friendly, overall great experience. Would definitely want to stay again if I return to Lijiang, highly recommend to friends.

BEST HOTEL EVER! If there’s a six start rating for the service, I’d give it. The staff in this hotel really went the extra mile for everything. The view of the hotel is the best I’ve had, not just in Lijiang, but comparing it all the hotels I’ve ever stayed. The view, service, and facilities of the hotel makes you want to just stay in. The service especially! I’d 100% recommend and stay here again if I visit Lijiang!

I really love the way this hotel's team put an effort for me during my stay. Nobody from them can speak english, but i feel really got a five stars hotel service. The teams are very attentive and considerate. They were free upgraded my room. They even help me to ordee instant noodle from the store nearby. The thing is to make it fair with my other review, i can not give this hotel a perfect 5. There are so many room of improvement to make this hotel better. First of all is its restaurant management. Its already can not accept in room dining after 9 PM and breakfast only can start after 7.30 AM. The second is the location. The first problem and the second problem combine with my unability to speak chinese, make me hard to really enjoy this stay. Don't get me wrong, this hotel is really great. The facilities are perfect and it's very instagrammable. It just not for me who always move early in the morning, having dinner after 9, and can not speak chinese at all.

入住了四晚感覺很好，無論環境，工作人員的服務都非常滿意，尤其前台幾位小姐姐態度都留下深刻印象，有求必應，反應快速，餐廳的食物都很不錯，全日有咖啡飲對我這些咖啡愛好者尤其重要，總之整個入住體驗非常好，唯一有小小建議，房間可多加一張書枱或者小餐枱就更好，多謝所有服務人員，尤其前台小何，洗衣服的阿姨，最後祝生意興隆。

生日擺爛之旅，卻是我第八次來雲南住的最舒服的一次，很慶幸選擇了白房子，不在古城可以安靜享受度假時光，自然美景太治癒了，又離古城很近，酒店隨時可以送，自己叫車也很方便。特別説説服務，我身為一個做了十幾年服務管理的人，也讓我很震撼，微信永遠是秒回，永遠熱情微笑，跑步迎接，細節也是滿滿，看到我定的花，查了是我的生日，於是貼心的送了塊蛋糕，總之讓人度假之旅非常舒服，有機會一定還要來放放空。ps:定了鬧鐘，看到了日照金山，無濾鏡，很美很美

我衹能説入住體驗非常超預期，本來衹是想住一個到雪山比較近的酒店，所以衹定了一天，入住之後發現體驗太好了。 首先，房間景觀視野非常棒，關鍵是房間內部設施非常人性化，説一個小細節，就是無論你在什麼位置都隨手可以拿到礦泉水和紙巾，這點看起來容易，實際絕大多數酒店都做不到。 其次，管家服務也是有求必應，做的非常到位，態度很好，還會免費幫忙打車。 第三，下午茶，免費無限次飲料都是加分項。 整體來説，無論是房間景觀視野、室內設施完備度、配套服務、管家態度都近乎完美，下次來麗江肯定就衹住這家了。
