ノボテル・リマ(Novotel Lima San Isidro)

Excellent hotel with first class service. Front desk staff is friendly and provide swift respond.

This is part of the French Accor hotel group. Located at San Isidro one of rhe most beautiful and luxurious part of town this Novotel offers a comfortable basis room that is clean and comfortable. The bed and sheets and pillow are of top quality. So I really had a great relaxing evening after a long flight from Texas. We joined a group with GateOne Travel and got two rooms. Each room has individual bedroom and toilet which is great. Be aware all electrical sources are 220 Watts, so if you come from the USA a converter is needed. Overall this is a good modern hotel with solid amenities.

Went to Lima on business for 12 days May/June. My office in Lima chose the hotel. On arrival after flight delays making the 16 hour journey a 26 hour journey, the receptionist and security staff were very nice. Rooms were certainly adequate, I did not have a great view from my 5th floor room, but that’s life. Breakfast was buffet style and good, the bar staff (especially Victor and John) were very friendly and all the staff would greet you with a smile. One of the best parts of this hotel was the location. Incredible number of great restaurants within a five minute radius, a nice park to walk through and not far from the touristy area of Miraflores. I am going back here early July for another couple of weeks and am really looking forward to it. Oh, and they do a decent pisco sour ❤️

The hotel is located in a safe area near many offices. The executive room on the top floor offers better amenities. The breakfast is nice with dishes changed everyday. The fruit during breakfaat is fresh and delicious. The rate is reasonable and the service is good.

It’s was great ,breakfast and room cleaned It was great ,all personnel very friendly and nice in all aspects.Breakfast excellent, Room very clean and comfortable.Location even tough is not close to city center it is very safe and calm. To go to the city center Uber only cost us $10 dollars.

Novotel was in a perfect location for our purposes. The rooms where comfortable and clean, They had a new ironing board and iron in each room. The toilet was separate to the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and pillows perfect. The management was obliging and friendly. The foyer of the hotel was appealing with space to sit while we waited for lift. We didn't eat in the hotel, but the atmosphere of the dining room was lovely. I had my best Mojito ever at Novotel.

It was a good stay. I wish they put night lamps near the bed.
