We adored our time at Rodostamo - 4 days was not enough! The service from the reception staff and porters was exceptional from the moment we arrived, they were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. The food was really high quality, everything at breakfast was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. It was a shame that breakfast was served indoors in the dining room with no outdoor seating space or even open window - it felt a waste of such a lovely scenic resort to be eating breakfast indoors and it did detract from the experience for me. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant attached to the hotel which overlooks the bay, service again excellent and food was really high quality. We were told however that they couldn’t provide tap water as it wasn’t ‘safe to drink’ when we received the exact opposite message from the hotel of which they are a part, and had been drinking tap water since arrival without any issues. It would be good for all staff to be delivering the same message regarding this. The pool area was exceptional - beautiful views over the bay, quiet and serene, always enough loungers which were very comfortable. There was a very well equipped gym which was a pleasure to use. The staff were very helpful in directing us into town which was a 20-30 min bus ride away, with bus stop a mere 3 min walk from the hotel. Kerkyra old town was an absolute delight and full of many picturesque spots for an evening meal, stroll and ice cream. Our bedroom was spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds. It was a shame that we had two single beds pushed together with single bedding rather than a double. The bathroom was slightly problematic - the shower screen wasn’t long enough and the shower head was positioned very high so the bathroom floor flooded after each shower despite us taking a lot of care, and the extractor fan was very poor so there was always a slight smell of damp in the air in the bathroom and bedroom. We weren’t able to air the bedroom by opening the back door due to mosquitoes. Overall I’d say rooms were really good but bathrooms need some love and attention. We came back from breakfast one day after the rooms had been serviced and the floors mopped, and the floors throughout the room were awash with water which hadn’t been mopped up - we both slipped a number of times and it was really dangerous. Also didn’t help the damp smell! However we mentioned this to the cleaners who promptly returned to fry the floors. Overall, a truly excellent stay, lovely staff, superb food in a beautiful environment and we would love to come back again soon. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food choices for vegans was really good too.

Fantastic week spend at Rodostamo , Very friendly , helpful personnel. The rooms (326) are large and clean , big shower/toilet space. Great buffet at night for good price. Definitely will come back here..

Staff were lovely. Pools were amazing. Views were 10/10. Very helpful staff. Rooms cleaned thoroughly every day, and restocked. Will definitely recommend and visit again. One of the best in the area

Service excellent, facilities very good especially pool area. Slightly isolated location which means bus, taxi or rental car to other areas of interest.

Property overlooks the sea and is beautiful. I recommend their website to include how to bus. We had to figure out on our own to take the 15 from the airport and then the 7 to get there. Then we need to know to get off on Komeno and where to walk afterwards. Was a pain at first but surely if they add it to the website info, their future visitors will appreciate it!
