Our stay was okay. The staff was not very friendly and was not seen that much. The pool is located in a seperate building from the hotel and is probably the nicest part of the hotel. The room was clean but could be updated as well as the doors and locks.

Dirty, not professional. Old not updated, 70's bates motel. Seaman and food stains on comforters. Not a good experience.

It started with the property calling for a different card to use. Which was fine because fraud was on the booking card. However when new card was given the overall price from booking jumped up 100 per night. After an hour of explaining to Orbitz the money was refunded. When we arrived there was a light over the bathroom sink that when turned off blinked all night. And oh the bathroom sink was in the bedroom. The window in the bathroom was seen from hallway. Privacy tape was on glass but no curtain. To take a bath stuff face clothes in drain. Breakfast consisted of bagels brownies, coffee cake and cereal 2 kinds. The pool was across parking lot so you can freeze walking back. And hot tub was like warm pool was freezing. Overall I would never stay there again

Old and run down. Only 1 staff member spoke English. Free breakfast was a muffin and coffee. The hot tub was nice after a couple of days snowmobiling. There were barely any other guests staying there on s big school vacation holiday week which seemed odd.

The pool had some weird oily film on the water, so we didn’t even dare try it. The property was run down. The door worked hard. The plug for the microwave was so loose it hung halfway out of the socket. The room had a weird smell. Could easily hear the neighbors. Very disappointed for the price paid to stay there. We won’t make the same mistake twice.

The chairs in room so dirty afraid to put my bag down. Pool freezing, hot tub NOT HOT! WAS WAY OVERPRICED FOR OUTDATED NASTY Stained CARPET. So not worth 200. A night on a Sunday and checkout at 11!!

Hotel was clean, pool was nice but chilly and not attached to the hotel (makes a big difference when it’s cold), “lobby area” was freezing, front desk staff was just enough of being polite but not knowledgeable about the area and couldn’t make suggestions about where to eat (not a lot of local options). Our room key didn’t work and the manager blamed it on us although she had trouble with it herself and had to use a master key to open our door multiple times. Not a horrible place but we won’t be going back based on our own experience.

Beds seemed really old and worn down, tv remote was broken, loud creeking floors. This hotel could use some updates.

Property is very outdated. Everything just appears old and dirty. There was an indoor pool but it was unusable since it was not heated. The hot tub was lukewarm at best.
