Nice room with a comfortable bed, TV. Shower water pressure was just OK, not great, and it took a long time for the shower to heat up. Good breakfast with several hot options (waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy) and a nice spread of other food (yogurt, toast, etc), fresh juice and hot beverages, including hot cocoa. Pool was warm and hot tub was hot and in nice working condition. There were plenty of towels in the pool room. We didn't end up using the fitness center but it looked nice. Hotel is right off the highway and there was a nice Mexican restaurant just a couple of minutes away by car. We would stay here again.

Our suite needed a remodel or refresher. However, all the staff were extremely friendly. In particular Donna who was in charge of breakfast. She went out of her way to not only make sure everything was cleaned and stocked she went above and beyond to not only go out of her way to help guest, she also got to know them and showed genuine care. I observed her both mornings of our stay for over an hour and was so impressed. I saw her help guest who bringing breakfast to their room with covers and bag to be able to carry it to their room easily. I am sure this also helped housekeeping because it kept the guest from making a mess in halls and elevators which I have seen them do at other hotels. I would stay here again just because of this very genuine caring friendly breakfast attendee who obviously loves her job and guest.

Donna the breakfast attendant was amazing! She helped me make waffles for my kids . She was so helpful!

Lady at front desk was very informative and nice. But probably would not stay here again. Walked in room, Q-tip on floor, not that big a deal but the two pair of underwear, just assuming dirty by the way they were thrown in drawer under the microwave. Lady at desk was right on getting it taken care of but the fact remains, this should not have happened.

Excellent hotel. Above and beyond staff. Khristen checked me in. Shelia served breakfast. Both went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful.

Our second stay this month. We really like this property. We stopped on our way from Texas to Florida and again on our way back. It appears the employees have changed but the service was still top notch. Great mattresses in the room. Easy access for visible parking from the room. Good hot water in the shower. Good selection of television programs. One the best breakfasts we have had when a "free" breakfast was included. We typically drive 400-500 miles a day when traveling and those are the things that matter to us. This is a great fit for our needs.

Perfect place to stay. This place was so clean and the beds were so comfortable. Great service and great location! Price was excellent and even had a great breakfast buffet which was included. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back next time Family gets together again.

Another year and another great experience, the location and amazing service is wonderful. The staff is so good and treats you in the way that we are part of the family.

The staff was very professional & polite. The hotel was clean, comfortable, & affordable. The complimentary breakfast was extremely great & service was outstanding. Thanks for a great stay!
